With vaulted ceilings, an open floor plan and fresh decor this home has a relaxing, "beachy" vibe. You will enjoy the convenience of walking just two short blocks to direct access to the Gulf Of Mexico! You will also have quick access to the bay, waterfront park, kayak launch and children's playground. This home is super clean, features a screened porch, bar-b-que grill, beach chairs and shady covered parking! LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
Sugar Reef is located centrally on Anna Maria Island, between Manatee Avenue and Cortez Road for easy access on and off the island. You can easily hop on the trolley to ride the full length of the island. About 20 minutes to St. Armands Circle. Located within walking distance to historical Bridge Street and many restaurants and shops.

Steps away from the beach

We enjoyed staying at this beach house. It was a perfect size for our family of four. We easily walked to the beach every day! The house was very comfortable and welcoming.

Perfect beach getaway

Very clean, well decorated and comfortable furniture and beds! The water pressure in shower is AMAZING! Great location and plenty of quality beach items and towels available for our use. We would happily stay here again on our next trip.

When we found this property we knew it was in the perfect location! It's a great neighborhood and so close to the beach. It's super close to grocery, pharmacy, beachy shops and restaurants. Our purpose was to create a comfortable, well stocked beach home where you can litterally arrive and relax.
