Charming Townhouse Minutes From The Beach

Lovely townhouse, ideal for the classic summer vacation but also for off-season travelers who want to enjoy the uncontaminated beauty of this part of Sardinia during spring or fall, or even winter.

Sleeps comfortably 5 people (see description of bedrooms setup below)
Air conditioning/heating system in every room.
Kitchen complete with all cooking utensils, dining table, sofa and television.
2 bedrooms upstairs.
The first bedroom, with balcony, has 1 queen bed and sleeps 2.
The second bedroom has 1 bunk bed and 1 single bed and sleeps 3.
1 full bathroom with shower. Hair dryer and flat iron included.
Washing machine located in the bathroom, ample room for drying clothes and beach towels in the backyard, drying rack provided.
Both the front patio and the back yard are partially covered and set up with outdoor furniture for guests to enjoy outside dining. The back yard has a barbecue, an outdoor shower and sink. A hose is available in the front yard to rinse beach toys and equipment before storage. Beach umbrella and beach chairs are at guests disposal to be used both at home and at the beach.
Parking available on the street in front of the property.

The three town beaches are all in close proximity, two of them at walking distance (10 minutes). Several more breathtaking beaches are located just a short drive away.

The town center is at walking distance, it can be easily reached with a pleasant 10 minutes stroll for a nice dinner in one of the several excellent restaurants that serve typical Sardinian specialties, or for a delicious gelato in the town's piazza and shopping in one of the numerous shops selling local art and crafts.

San Pietro island, with the lovely town of Carloforte, is easily reachable with a 20 minutes ferry ride from Calasetta's harbor for more spectacular beaches.

For the traveler interested in history and art, the nearby town of Sant'Antioco offers a wide cultural choice, with museums and archaeological sites of great significance.

Tranquillità a portata di mano

Abbiamo soggiornato nel periodo dal 29 Luglio al 10 Agosto... Io , la mia compagna, le nostre figlie di 10 e 3 anni e la nostra cagnolona di 12 anni. Ho il magone mentre scrivo questa recensione. Ci siamo trovati di incanto , casa pulita e ordinata oltre ogni aspettativa, la signora Assunta sempre disponibile e accogliente.

Nice apartment but….

Great place but lack of Wi-Fi. It would be nice to include in description that there is no Wi-Fi. These days most places have it. Very quiet and peaceful place. Walking distance to town beaches but it is not a short walk. We end up only on one beach Spagia La Salina. Other beaches are dirty and not pleasant to go to.

Ottima sistemazione

Abbiamo trascorso 10 giorni ad agosto in 4 persone. Comunicazioni con il proprietario Gianluigi rapide e precise. La casa è accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort e molto pulita (grazie sig.ra Assunta). L'aria condizionata presente in tutte le stanze è stata fondamentale. Cortile sul retro molto comodo per pasti, dotato di doccia esterna e barbecue. Consigliata!!!

Simple and correct house but not holidays feeling...

Emplacement very bad/sad (no view, even on a tree or something pleasant. The view is on neighbours and parking). No welcome or people to meet and explain the house. No minimum things is the house (toilet paper, olive oil, knife for vegetable). We booked for 4 nights, we left after only 2 nights

Io ed il mio compagno siamo stati 4 gg a Calasetta nell’appartamento nel periodo dei 48C Ci siamo trovati comunque bene soprattutto grazie all’aria condizionata presente in tutte le stanze, cosa che ci ha davvero salvato dal notti insonni.L’appartamento è ben attrezzato ed ha un cortile interno che però non siamo riusciti a sfruttare

Große, angenehme Wohnung

Einfache und schnelle Antworten. Freundlicher und herzlicher Empfang, jedoch lediglich auf Italienisch, was sich ein wenig schwierig gestaltet hat. Wohnung ist ausreichend für 5 Personen mit zwei schönen großen Terrassen.

Casa accogliente pulita e confortevole

Abbiamo soggiornato 20 giorni in questa casa a schiera, buona posizione, ottima pulizia e completa di tutti i confort, aria condizionata in tutte le stanze, bagno spazioso, dehor esterno e posto auto di fronte al cancello d'entrata. La signora Assunta è stata super gentile e disponibile e complimenti al signor Giovanni per la gestione della casa. Un ottima scelta

Casa piccola ma vivibilissima.

La casa non è molto grande ma ideale per quattro persone. Dotata di tutto il necessario, ottimo e sfruttabilissimo il cortiletto sul retro. Facilmente raggiungibile il paese vicino e le spiaggie più vicine.

Hallo, wir, mein Mann, unser Hund und ich waren 13 Tage in diesem Feriendomiziel. In dem Haus hat alles was man nötigst braucht. Es war sauber, was für uns immer wichtig ist. Liegen u Sonnenschirme für den Strand waren auch vorhanden, was uns sehr gefreut hat. Zur kleinen Stadt u zum Strand kann man gut Laufen, wenn man noch gut zu Fuß ist! Uns hat es gut gefallen, würden auf jedenfall wiederkommen. Danke

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder

Unsere Reisezeit war September, deshalb war es in dem Viertel mit mehreren Ferienhäusern sehr ruhig. Das Haus Ca Du Bassi ist sehr hübsch, gemütlich, hat eine schöne große Terrasse mit Außendusche und Grill. Es ist alles vorhanden was man im Alltag benötigt. Zusätzlich gibt es auch noch Strandutensilien, Kühltasche etc. Es fehlt an nichts. Man kann gut zu Fuß in den Ort laufen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

Calasetta: paese al di fuori della mondanità (per fortuna)

Casa fuori dal centro paese ben fornita e direi comoda. È in una serie di piccole villette a schiera con alcuni vicini non proprio silenziosi .... Per andare alle spiagge più belle necessaria la macchina e anche per fare spese.

Tutto benissimo!

Abbiamo trascorso Le due settimane Centrali di agosto in questa casa. E’ comoda e fornita di tutto. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto lo spazio sul retro per mangiare fuori e l’aria condizionata in tutte le stanze. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

Assolutamente consigliabile

L'appartamento e' comodo e funzionale: - ampia veranda sul retro dotata di doccia (fredda), lavandino, fili per stendere e tavolo con sedie. Abbiamo praticamente vissuto all'esterno; - appartamento dotato di tutto quanto necessario e gradevolmente arredato; - angolo cottura ben attrezzato e ben fornito di stoviglie e coltelleria. Uniche pecche: mancanza di un forno non microonde (i microonde sono assolutamente inadatti a cucinare pesce o scaldare una focaccia), mancanza di spazio per le cibarie. La posizione dell'appartamento e' ideale: lontano dal traffico ma sufficientemete vicino da poter andare a piedi sia alle due spiagge che al centro del paese. Consiglio vivamente.

Schönes Reihenhaus in ruhiger Umgebung.

Das Haus ist gepflegt und in einer einen Sackgasse mitten zwischen anderen Ferienhäusern. Gegenüber befindet sich ein kleines Hotel. Ein Strand ist zu Fuß in zehn Minuten zu erreichen, ein anderer in etwa zwanzig. Zu Fuß in den Ort etwa zwanzig Minuten. In direkter Umgebung ist es für uns etwas zu ruhig gewesen (Keine Läden, Bar, Restaurant), aber das ist Geschmackssache. Kontakt zum Vermieter war gut.

Location idéale hors saison, maison bien équipée et agréable, proche du viilage et des commerces de Calasetta. Première plage à 5 minutes.

Vacanza famigliare molto bella

Casetta graziosa, è fornita di ogni cosa. Non manca davvero nulla e ci si sta benone soprattutto fuori stagione poiché defilata dal centro. Comunque sia ha davanti un albergo al quale rivolgersi in caso di necessità. Non è attaccata al mare, al quale bisogna giungere in auto. La signora che ci ha accolto si è mostrata disponibile ed è venuta a prenderci all'entrata del paese. Cambierei il materasso del divano e quello del letto matrimoniale, a nostro parere poco confortevoli. Bello e comodo, oltre che anch'esso fornito di tutto, lo spazio esterno sul retro: bbq, lavandino, tavolo per pranzare fuori, spazio per stendere e spazio dove tenere un piccolo animale domestico ( come il nostro cagnolino). Ci siamo trovati molto bene e ci è piaciuto molto stare lì.

Charmant!!!! Accueil très amical pour un séjour parfait Location impeccable .tout est prévu ,tout est fourni.un vrai petit chez soi. A 5 mn de la plage,une presqu'île de charme. Location à retenir pour un prochain séjour.

We are originally from Northern Italy, but moved to the U.S. 20 years ago. We currently live in the Boston area.
We maintain a strong bond with our native country and go back every summer for vacation. We especially love the Mediterranean sea, with its extraordinary mix of gorgeous nature and culture, and in particular we love Sardinia. We have visited most of the island over the years, but when we arrived in Calasetta for the first time, in 2006, we fell in love with the simple, authentic life of this small fishing village, the fresh local food, the welcoming people, the rich historical and archaeological heritage, and of course the breathtaking beauty of the beaches, the crystal clear water, the brilliant blue sky, the sunsets ...

Why they chose this property

We liked this property because it's perfectly located at walking distance from downtown and from two beautiful beaches, in a quiet cul-de-sac. It is the right size for a family or a small group of friends, it has plenty of outside room for grilling and dining or simply relaxing with a good book if you don't feel like going to the beach or exploring.
We enjoy it every year with our family and friends, we hope you will too.
