This modern penthouse apartment is situated on the Arona complex which is approximately 5 minutes walking distance to the beaches of the Mar Menor in Mar de Cristal. The complex is set in gardens which house the communal pool.

The property is furnished to a good standard and offers a great place for your beach holiday. It has 2 good size bedrooms with family bathroom. It has well equipped kitchen with all modern appliances. There are steps to the private roof solarium which is a wonderful area to sunbathe and relax.
