Charming, cozy beachfront condo in South Akumal, pool, AC and WiFi!

Seven Seas is a small very lovely condominium property located along the soft white sand beach of South Akumal, just 2 miles south of Akumal proper. This quiet gated community is situated along a lovely stretch of beach with easy access to great snorkeling and is home to only private villas and Seven Seas Condominiums.

Seven Seas #1 is located on the main floor within just a few steps of the large ocean side swimming pool and the white sand beach. There is a very large, very private, covered patio, which provides a great space for entertaining or relaxation. The poolside patio is furnished with table and cushioned chairs and is a great spot for relaxing and gazing out at the Caribbean Sea.
The master bedroom is furnished with king bed, Air conditioned bedrooms only.

The guest bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Both bedrooms are air conditioned and enjoy private en-suite baths.

There is also a queen size inflatable air bed available for US$25/night to accomodate a 5th guest.

Seven Seas #1 is slightly smaller than the other units at Seven Seas. Additionally, it sits at the far north end of the complex. For these reasons, it is priced lower than other units in the complex. However, our guests have enjoyed the privacy of the patio and always feel that they enjoy all of the amenities and comforts of a high end property for a mid range rate.\

Seven Seas 1 also now has SKY Mexico TV, and WIFI internet.

"The #1 Unit at Seven Seas had been updated with new furniture and we were very pleasantly surprised and as far as the size we were more than comfortable and the dressing areas in each bathroom was a plus! The patio was huge and my husband loved sitting there reading and watching us folic in pool or beach.

Thank you for setting us up with it. Oh, Miguel (manager) was very helpful and friendly. Our rental car battery died and he called and made the guys from Cancun bring us a new battery and put it in at 10 pm! Tell him we said Thanks!".

Direct beach access

Wonderful place to stay, right on the beach. Number one unit is tucked in the back so you don’t get all the breeze or the direct sunlight and you can still see the beach just fine. McGill is the on-site manager. He did a wonderful job. Very friendly and if you get the chance for him to cook you a meal do it

Very relaxing and comfortable stay

Miguel, the on site manager, was extraordinarily helpful in many ways. The condo was clean and comfortable. Daily maid service and bottled water provided. Pool was very nice and well tended. Lovely beach chairs. Ceiling fans in all rooms and ac in bedrooms. Quite relaxing.

Peaceful stay at the beach

We spent so much time down the street that we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amenities here as we mostly only slept. I would not hesitate to book again in the future. It was exceptionally clean. Deisi does the cleaning and is very sweet. Miguel is so kind and helpful. The patio for this condo is huge and shaded with a view of the pool. There are chairs on the beach to use. Take swim shoes as the beach is rocky but the view is spectacular!

Great getaway!

We loved this place for our family! Miguel the property manager was incredibly lovely. The gardener Francisco was also so wonderful. Seven seas was a dream. Only down side is the furniture in the living room is extremely uncomfortable and we had an issue with one of the bathrooms and plumbing not working for 5 days. Other wise it was pretty close to perfect for us.

Loved that it was right on the ocean, snorkeling available right out your front door. The pool was excellent and the condo was spacious. Felt safe the entire time. We did have trouble with internet coverage and the kitchen lacked a sharp knife to use for cutting purposes. But Miguel was great, Daisy was phenomenal and the view spectacular! Could not have had a better week even with the disruption of electricity for a morning.

Lovely Retreat

This was exactly what we wanted for our stay in Akumal. We have 3 young kids so having a place of our own was perfect. The property was well maintained. Our condo was clean and had everything we needed including a high chair and bassinet for the baby. The A/C worked very well! We loved that the private patio has a ton of room and we were still able to watch the kids in the pool if we were sitting in there. Daisy did a fantastic job cleaning and replacing towels daily. Miguel was very helpful with guiding us on where to eat and made sure we had his direct phone number in case we needed anything. The gardener (whos name escapes me) kept the grounds immaculate and the pool clean. He even brought us fresh coconuts! The location was perfect as well. So close to Akumal pueblo and beach and a quick drive to Chemuyil, 20 minutes to Tulum. We will absolutely consider coming back to this great place.

Beach front serviced condo! It worked great for a family of 2 adults, 1 teen (14) and one kid (6). Watch outs are that the couch is small if you are the type of family who likes to sit down to watch movies at night (we are not) and that there is no AC in the living room. Due to the position of the unit it does not get as much breeze as the others and the living room got quite warm for my taste (but I run warm, lol). Will definitely consider coming back to this property or renting from Akumal Direct again!

The apartment is spacious and equipped with all amenities you might need. We spend a lot of time just enjoying the terrace overlooking the swimming pool. Our two little girls loved the beautiful swimming pool and nice beach area. Everyday we woke up early to see the sunrise and watch the pelicans above the sea. A magical start of our holiday. The gardens surrounding the property are very well kept and are just beautiful. Above all the property Manager Miguel is extremely friendly and helpful. He really goes beyond to make you feel at home and give you tips to enjoy all Akumal has to offer.. To be honest we could not have thought of a better stay to start our holidays. Everything was just perfect, a hidden gem!

Lovely Vacation

Miguel and Gloria were the best hosts; so kind, helpful and sweet. Always ready to lend a helping hand or answer any questions. The rooms had everything we needed and were laid out nicely. The daily maid service was wonderful. We were there when the sargassum was bad, but it was all over the entire Riviera. It didn't stop us from pushing through it to enjoy the snorkeling with abundant fish and coral species. We loved taking the kayaks out and looking at all the turtle nesting sites. We rented a car and Akumal South was the perfect middle point for us to go exploring up and down the coast and into the interior. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Lovely place to share with my inlaws

The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us. We each had separate bedrooms, bathrooms and changing areas. The kitchen had everything we needed. The patio table and chairs were a huge plus to sit and watch sunrises. We enjoyed using the kayaks. Walked to Jungle Fish (about 15min) for lunch almost everyday. We had a car so we drove to akumal Pueblo for some local tacos each night. Walked to north akumal bay (about 30 min) where the turtles are. Water shoes are a plus for this location getting in and out of the water. The pool was lovely. One night the upstairs neighbors were being so loud until midnight. I messaged the manager and she immediately had Miguel go speak with them. Best service and quickest response I’ve ever had at a rental! Only thing we wished we had brought was some bug repellent. One mosquito tortured us at the patio table morning and evening! A steal of a place!!

The condo is very secure and located on a gated street. The peace of mind is what I appreciate the most. It has a very clean pool, and its grounds are beautiful. We used the kayaks and the beach chairs. The apartment has everything you need and is stocked with bath towels, pool towels, bed linen, bottled water and all kitchen utensils. The microwave oven broke down and was replaced immediately. The cleaning service is excellent, as is the gardening and pool cleaning. The manager is a very responsible, friendly, and supportive person in everything. He kindly waited for our late arrival because the flight was delayed by bad weather, and he was up until midnight. I would like to congratulate the employees, Mrs. Daisy from the housekeeping, Mr. Fredy from Gardening and especially Mr. Miguel Escalante, the excellent manager of the condominium. This is the second time I come here.

Es muy tranquilo, tiene todo lo necesario, el administrador, Sr. Miguel Escalante es excelente, atento y amable. Siguen las reglas de buena convivencia quienes ocupan los otros departamentos. Está muy limpio y la ubicación hacia los puntos de interés es perfecta. Solamente es problemática la conexión del internet si quieres usar tu laptop. Por supuesto que regresaremos.
