In the idyllic Théoule Miramar, between the red tip of the Esquillon and beach Figueirette.
5km from Theoule center and its shops.
Quietly, in a green, 35m2 terrace (facing south-west) and Mediterranean garden of 50m2. Sea view from the terrace.
Modern house of 40m2 fully equipped (video, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, freezer, air conditioning in conservatory / kitchen / living room).
In a pleasant, leafy residential, occupied mainly by year-round residents, secured by code and caretaker, beautiful communal swimming pool with children's pool.
Parking wide and private.
The person who makes the keys lives 50 meters away.

Attention Miramar is a small coastal village away from the nightlife of Cannes or Saint Raphael.
If you want to go out in these high places of summer tourism, a few minutes of car are necessary!


The nearest beach (Figueirette, sand, gravel) is 800 meters. Possibility to get there by car (easy enough parking, even in high season) or on foot.
Possibility to rent sailboats, motor boats (with or without license) and kayaks.
The coastal road to St Raphaël, between sea and Esterel offers many beaches.
To Theoule and Cannes, we recommend the Aiguille beach (sand and red rocks in the water, water course 3 km), Theoule center beach (sand), La Napoule beach (sand, next to the Castle ), Casino (sandy beach, opposite the Golf), beach Bocca (sand), and the beaches of the Croisette in Cannes (sand).
Many possible walks in the Esterel from the villa.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Wir waren zu dritt mit der Familie dort und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders der kleine Garten hat uns gut gefallen – perfekt, um zu entspannen – und die Nähe zum Meer war einfach großartig. Alles war gemütlich, sauber und einladend, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon auf das nächste Mal!

Toller Aufenthalt

Das Haus ist super, hat eine tolle Terasse sogar mit einem Grill, so dass wir oft grillen konnten.Die Räume sind ausreichend für 4 Personen(Eltern mit zwei Kindern 18 und 14 Jahre)Die Anlage ist generell sehr sauber und schön, sogar mit einem schönen Pool.Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer und auch Verwalter vor Ort war einfach und gut.Zum Meer ist es auch nah es gibt viele tolle Strände, auch ideal zum Schnorcheln.Wir waren begeistert von allem. Es gibt nichts auszusetzen !

Bon emplacement. Plage de sable à 10min à pied (attention ça remonte au retour). Très belles plages (calanques) a 5 min en voiture. Logement bien équipé. Grande terrasse. Piscine de la résidence très pratique pour les jeunes enfants

Belle maisonnette climatisée,résidence au calme et bien entretenue,belle piscine qui n'est pas surfréquentée même en pleine saison ce qui est fort appréciable.seulement deux transats à disposition des vacanciers.belle terasse appréciable.seul petit bémol: les oreillers de la chambre adulte méritent d'être renouvellés.Place de parking extérieure privée.De belles plages et criques a proximité.La région est magnifique.nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour,nous reviendrons!

Super séjour

Nous avons passé un super séjour. Petite maison très sympathique avec un bel espace extérieur. Parfait pour nous qui étions 4 (2 adultes et 2 enfants 6 et 2ans et demi) La maison est climatisée ce qui est top surtout l'été ! Elle est bien équipée (mini four, micro onde, lave linge, lave vaisselle, aspi..) la résidence est très calme avec piscine ( une pour les petits et une autre pour les adultes) A 10 mn à pied de la plage et à 8mn en voiture du centre de theoule qui est une ville vraiment magnifique. Très bon accueil de Léonardo. Je garde bien au chaud cette bonne adresse et nous pensons revenir un de ces jours.

très belle petite maison dans une région magnifique

nous avons passés 2 semaines en famille (2 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cette très belle et agréable petite maison l'aperçu mer depuis la terrasse est très agréable la situation est parfaite, loin de la foule des vacanciers même en juillet/août la piscine de la résidence est idéale niveau taille et emplacement les plages des environs avec les roches rouges du massif de l'esterel sont magnifiques et jamais bondées ce qui est fort agréable en vacances une petite recommandation toute de même, de la literie plus neuve et plus confortable serait souhaitable, nous pouvons que recommander cette location et remercions pour ces belles vacances
