Villa Giò is a completely renovated farmhouse inserted in a luxuriant nature of plants and flowers.
A few steps from the center of Cappella Maggiore and only 8 kilometers from the city of Vittorio Veneto, one of the most beautiful historic cities in Eastern Veneto.
The strategic position of this villa allows you to reach and visit the most important cities of Veneto, such as Vicenza, Padua, Verona, Treviso and of course Venice in a maximum of one hour by car. The Dolomites, a World Heritage Site, are 1 hour away by car.
The villa is composed of:
- Ground floor:
entrance / living room with large table and large fireplace.
a small fully equipped kitchen.
A large barbecue outside the kitchen,
An independent laundry,
a full bathroom with shower.
2 large double bedrooms.
- First floor:
2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 beds, 1 triple or quadruple bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with shower.
- A large outdoor square with gazebo and large table for outdoor dining.
- a fantastic veranda with tables and armchairs for relaxation
- a pool view room with games and music.
Finally the jewel of the house: A WONDERFUL LARGE SWIMMING POOL, 14mt X 6mt, 1mt to 4m deep, very private, all surrounded by a hedge and a closed gate. A SMALL SWIMMING POOL for babies. Deck chairs and umbrellas.
