Beautiful home ..spacious and plenty of parking. Kitchen is well equipped and new grill was an added bonus. Only concern was mold in 1st floor BR closet. Looks like it may have come from laundry room. Would stay here again if that issue is addressed. REMAX management were great to work with.

Hi Susan - Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. So nice to hear you enjoyed the home and we hope to see you again next summer
Spacious unit with a great pool and plenty of room to gather or spread out, which was perfect for our multi-generation family vacation. The unit was clean and very well-equipped with the exception of frying pans, all of which were well past their prime. The community is quiet yet very close to downtown, shopping, and the beaches.
If you’re going to the beach, avoid the busy boardwalk area (parking is a challenge) and head to Deauville Beach or Gordon’s Pond Beach.

Thank you for your review and we are so delighted that enjoyed your time at the beach in this wonderful home. Be sure to come back and visit with us again!
Everything was as billed. Everything worked properly in the house. Instructions were clear and visible on the refrigerator. House was clean. Had all the kitchen supplies to cook meals, make coffee, do dishes, etc. grill worked well. Nice view of the community and pond from the deck.

Thank you for reviewing our home. We are happy to hear everything was in good working condition. We hope you will return soon.
Great property, close to pool, and tennis court. Short bike ride and drive to everything Reho has to offer. Our only complaints were that the couches were full with crumbs upon arrival, the carpets were worn, stained, and curled up and were a tripping hazard, some of the bedding was stained, and the pool fob wasn't present upon arrival and we couldn't access the pool the first day. Positives of the place Definity out weighed the minor negatives. Thank you!

Thank you for your review and we apologize for the issues you are reporting. We have notified the owner. On the "up" side we are happy you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you return.
We love biking around Rehoboth and Lewes; this property has great access to the bike trails. Very easy to bike or drive into Rehoboth via back roads without getting in traffic on Coastal Highway. Townhouse comfortable and in pretty good shape. Don’t count couch on lowest level for sleeping (springs sticking out). Only complaint about our stay: no Rehoboth parking passes were included. Parking near the beach was a problem without passes. A parking pass was $90.00 for the week. All other properties that we have rented, included parking passes.

Working with remax is always pleasant….. however the townhouse was very disappointing. It was NOT a 3 bedroom suite. Only one bedroom had a chest of drawers, night stands and lamps. The other two had no drawers, night stands or lamps. There was not a chair in any bedroom….!!!The lighting was poor and missing bulbs in the ceiling lamps. The entire lower level smelled Of mold. The garage was filled with old damaged furniture…. We couldn’t use the garage door to bring I. Our bikes. I actually purchased an inexpensive shelf for the lower bedroom….. no space for clothing or towels anywhere. The kitchen was well stocked with china, silver, glassware and cookware. We were pleased to have a keurig for coffee and the washing machine was new and very nice. The porch railings were quite unstable and dangerous. The house needs maintenance. The mold in the master bathroom shower was disgusting. Honestly we liked the neighborhood….the properties were well maintained and biking was very pleasant…. However this owner needs to step up his care.

Thank you for your review. We apologize for any inconvenience's and will contact the owner about your comments which we appreciate receiving
Great community to call home while visiting Rehoboth, offering two community pools, tennis court, basketball court, playground, and nice outdoor space. Location was perfect as it was only a 5 minute drive to the beach but tucked away from the noise of the Coastal Highway and the goings on of the boardwalk. The property itself was a great size for a family of 6-8. There was plenty of space to spread out. Recommend minor improvements to the property such as better shower head, fix the squeaky beds and update information card on the fridge with current wifi information. Would love to stay in this community again for future Rehoboth vacations!

There are so many community amenities it is sometimes hard to choose which one to enjoy. Short drive to the beach, shopping and dining. It is easy to access is one of the reasons we love our home. Especially being able to escape the noise from the highway but still close to everything. We can't wait to see you again.
Clean, great quiet location, close to pool, easy access to main highway, bike trails, and Rehoboth Ave. Everything we needed and expected and more....large rooms, space to spread out, nice patio set, lots of storage in garage, loved the community and we will definitely stay here again!
My bf and I called this place home for a few months during the off season and loved every minute! The location is great as you’re east of route 1, right by a great trail to walk/bike, and a short drive into downtown Rehoboth. As other reviews mention, there are a few spots on rugs and walls but that didn’t bother us. Thanks for a great stay!
The rental company was great, the unit not so much. There were many stains on all the carpets. Remax offered to have them cleaned l, but I passed I just didn’t want to be told I was the one who stained them. The kitchen was stocked with everything but to find any undamaged pots or pans was a real problem. The finish literally was falling off the pans. Many of the other Utensils were unclean-able. Been coming down for 9 years and we usually eat out. Due to COVID we decided to get take out and make our own food. Just wrestling in the cabinets to find a clean pot/pan to cook with was too much. The bedrooms were spacious but there was no dressers in 2 of the 3 room for my family to put some clothes away. They had to live out of the suitcases. Also they did advise that the BBQ gas is the responsibility of the renters. However after a day of travel and cleaning we just wanted to make some burgers and dogs..The tank was EMPTY. I don’t mind paying 25$ but on the first day, and I had to find a place that would swap it out. Needles to say it made a long exhausting day, even longer.
Again Remax was great, but this property just needs a little TLC or an owner who checks in on the property once and awhile.

FANTASTIC STAY!
Wonderful time. The townhome was just perfect very spacious, bottom bedroom for my mother, and the kitchen was stocked well for family breakfast time! The community itself was ideal. Multiple walking trails, community pools, and we loved the tennis courts. We had no idea when we checked in the Tanger outlets are right around the corner- great find! Overall the home was great and the RE/MAX staff was awesome! Recommending this home to anyone.

Better than a third world country
We were thrilled to be allowed onto the property an hour early. We coordinated the trip with three adult children and their partners and the town house seemed quite nice although the bedding situation wasn't quite what we understood, our mistake. We'd been told there were stains on the stairs and that not to worry for any possible charges. The walls on the main floor were badly dinged and in serious need of a coat of paint and the dining room chairs were stained, but not really a problem for a week at the beach. The problems started when we noticed small signs posted around the house, such as "Lock broken-use top lock only' and 'Don't leave garbage/trash in garage -take to dumpsters conveniently located throughout community' SMILEY FACE! It's truly enjoyable putting the garbage in your car to drive to the dumpster! The real fun started at the washing machine, which had another smiley face sign, telling us that the 'regular' cycle didn't work. Wrong. NONE of the spin cycles worked and each load of laundry required a manual reset of the spin cycle and if it was towels, two manual resets. We notified the Re/Max agent first thing Monday morning and they said 'We thought that had been repaired'...no repairman ever arrived. Additionally, the power surges in the electrical outlets and fried one of the four laptops in the house. You can't have the lights in the living room and dining room on at the same time. It flickers. You should be prepared to reset the wifi, repeatedly. . The toilet broke. Fortunately, my husband is handy and was able to repair that. All fun stuff. The good news is that the kitchen worked well once we adjusted the freezer so the ice cream didn't melt and take a cotton blanket for each bed, the AC doesn't actually cool the house, even with the shades drawn. We had a lot of fun. The people we were with were fabulous and I would go to Rehoboth again, but I would never use Re/Max for anything!
