You can access the two community pools (Pools are typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day), clubhouses, two gyms, tennis and basketball courts, and a fenced-in playground by the pool. It is a fantastic location - just about one mile from the beach and great restaurants! Right around the corner, you can hike or bike on the Junction & Breakwater Trail or enjoy tax-free shopping at the Tanger Outlets, which are less than a mile from the house and have easy access.

THINGS TO KNOW: The 199.99 processing fee is non-refundable in the event you cancel. All reservations must be seven nights or longer. No pets and no smoking. Linens are not supplied. However, we do have a rental package.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the "Damage Waiver"). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
