House in the center with parking
The house is located in one of the oldest and most suggestive streets in the center, carefully furnished to provide guests with the best comfort for any type of stay.
To welcome you a small private garden to live. You can arrive directly by car and park in the private space.
We are in a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL B) and you will be provided with a permit for circulation in our area (only Area B). The kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances. You will find a pantry at your disposal for your breakfast and some snacks.
The bathrooms are equipped with soap and towels, the bedrooms will have soft furnishings to welcome you. We have a comfortable double sofa bed in the living area.
For the little ones we can offer you a small cot and a high chair for their lunches!

Perfect location and owners
The property is perfectly located in a pedestrian street, close to the castle, to all the restaurants and bars. Most of all, the owners Silvia and Gianluca are so helpful and kind. The appartement has 3 floors with a bathroom and a bedroom on the second and third floor.
Everything was perfect for my semester in Ferrara!

Comfortable, perfect location
Our host, Sylvia, was wonderful, endlessly helpful. The apartment was well-equipped, the beds were excellent. The courtyard was a haven. Just one small thing : the apartment was rather dark with the dark paintwork and odd lighting (very stylish, but not always practical).

La casa è bellissima, magica atmosfera, intima ed accogliente come un rifugio.
Silvia ed il suo compagno ci hanno accolto con estrema disponibilità e gentilezza. La casa è centralissima, situata in una via spettacolare come spettacolare è la casa stessa per le scelte architettoniche molto particolari che racchiude (la scala a chiocciola è bellissima e suggestiva). Tutto curato e pulito. Il tipo di casa era particolarmente adatta al nostro gruppo, due famiglie giovani con figli adolescenti. Vicinissima a locali, negozi, bar, ristoranti...

Une Maison pleine de charme située idéalement dans une des plus vielles rues de Ferrare
Maison décorée avec vraiment gout ; des salles de bain au coin cuisine, aux luminaires etc..tout est vraiment très beau; on apprécie aussi d'avoir une cour pour pouvoir être dehors pour les repas;idéale pour 4 adultes mais pas 6 adultes car le canapé du séjour n'est pas du tout confortable; les deux chambres ont quant elles une très bonne literie. l'esthétique prévaut sur l’utilitaire; il serait appréciable de rajouter en bas dehors ou dedans un ou deux bons fauteuils;
Accueil chaleureux; à disposition des victuailles, bougies etc..; à recommander pour qui cherche un pied à terre ou on peut faire tout à pied; Ferrera est une ville bien agréable
