The swimming pool & surrounding terraced areas have beautiful views across unspoilt fields & out towards the foothills of the Pyrenees.

There are 8 bedrooms (5 doubles all with SuperKings, 1 twin, 1 large kids bunk room with 4 bunks, 1 small kids bunk room with 2 bunks) & the property can sleep up to 18. There are also 2 child travel cots & 1 Chicco 'next to me' crib available upon request. There are 5 bathrooms & 2 further WCs. The brand new luxury Kitchen has a Smeg induction hob and large oven, a double American style fridge with ice machine, dishwasher and full air conditioning. The separate utility room has a washing machine & dryer plus a 2nd dishwasher & 2nd fridge.

The huge communal salon has a 60 inch wide screen LG TV with UK Satellite channels, DVD player & an extensive DVD collection, leading on to a kids playroom with 2nd TV with separate satellite, DVD player & further DVDs. The playroom is well stocked with toys and games.
