Holiday house in Funchal for family or group up to 12 people (9 adults and 5 children apto 8 years) near the city center (about 1.2 km) With nice size swimming pool and 150m2 surroundings: With external shower cold water and an internal hot water shower. It also has a poolside toilet. Although close to the Center it is in a quiet area, close to gardens. Nearby there is a bakery / patisserie, a grocery shop, a snack bar at 80 meters, and a hypermarket about 1 km. Overlooking the center and the bay of Funchal. It has 3 sleeping rooms and a spacious attic. One bedroom with double bed and cot with complete private toilet. Other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. Full bathroom to support the rooms with single beds. A large attic with 7 single beds, 1 sofa bed, a cot, wardrobe and 3 dressers. a toilet with shower cabin in the attic.
Common room, kitchen equipped with hob, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, grill, oven, and coffee maker. Laundry room with washing machine (provided soap), ironing board and iron. Bed linen and towels provided. Weekly change of bed linen and towels (for those staying more than one week)

In the heart of Funchal

Great place

Very satisfied with the house, very big and many rooms. Will recommend it for families. We had six motorcycles, all of them was parked inside the garage, superb! Nice hosts.

Our stay at Imaculado Village

We loved our stay here. Our hosts were very welcoming and couldn't do enough to help. The pool is a perfect size and the house was perfectly adequate for 9 of us. Very clean and it was well equipped, even accomodating the baby. It was not too far from the airport or to get a taxi into Funchal. Would definitely recommend and thank you for the perfect stay.

Wow!

Hosts were super helpful and welcoming. Location is great as you are close (walk down/transit up) to the centre of town. Pool area was amazing! Garage was great to parked 2 cars while also holding our mtn bikes. We’ll definitely be back

Madeira vacation week

Our stay at this beautiful home was perfect for 6 adults. There were plenty of bathrooms available for our needs. The pool was an added bonus as it was very warm 80+ degrees Fahrenheit and was enjoyed. Downtown Funchal was approximately 25-30” walk down steep hills and taxi up to the property. Would definitely recommend. Owners were gracious and available. Thank You Marta and Joao.

Very nice, large appartment

Nice and clean appartement. We where a group of 5 grown ups and 5 children and there was plenty of space and equipment like cutlery and dishes was enough by far. 3 regular 2 bed rooms + ~8 beds under the ceiling for large groups. We placed 4 children up there. Parking for 2 cars was available. We enjoyed it very much and the owners where very nice and supportive. Definetely a very nice stay.

October in beautiful Madeira

Myself and 6 friends spent 2 weeks in this beautiful house. Spotlessly clean. Kitchen very well equipped with everything you would ever need. Bathrooms on every floor. Very good towels for everyday and separate towels for pool use. Beautiful pool area. Very private. Owners live next door. Very helpful with translation when phone calls needed. Location up a very steep road. Gorgeous view all the way to harbour. Property completely secure. 30 mins from airport. Close to bus route. Would definitely stay there again.

Prachtig huis in rustige buurt

Het was een groot huis, met voldoende slaapplaatsen, veel buitenruimte zodat er altijd een plekje in de zon of schaduw is, veel zitjes, en een prachtig zwembad. Het uitzicht over de stad is spectaculair! De verhuurders waren zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Er was ontvangst met koekjes, madeirawijn en vers fruit (beste bananen ooit!) Wel was er een taalbarriere waardoor er enkele misverstanden waren ontstaan, maar die waren ook zo weer goed opgelost. Het is een pittige 30 minuten lopen naar de stad, maar de bus stopt ook vlakbij. Het parkeren is in een grote garage in het huis, maar om daarin te komen vergt wat oefening, het is dus handig om een automaat te huren.

Imaculado Coracao de Maria / Immaculate Village

We were met by Marta and João on arrival and they spent time with us explaining the details of the house and also places to see while we were in Funchal. The house was immaculate and had everything that we required especially the kitchen which is well equipped with every utensil you need. We are a family of six and did not hire a car on arrival. Marta kindly drove my wife to the supermarket. There is also close access to bakery and café. Marta and João were always at hand to answer any queries. My daughter was ill at the start of the holiday and Marta kindly went above an beyond as a host which was really nice. It is a pleasant 30 minute walk into Funchal which enabled us to see some fantastic views of the main port. The pool and pool area was great and very clean. I would highly recommend the house. It was bigger than what was required as a family of six and there was no restrictions on where the kids slept. Marta and João were perfect hosts and helped make our holiday a most enjoyable and memorable one. I would totally recommend this property and would like to go back again with family or friends. Marta and João have a lovely place and are the most perfect hosts. Obrigado Joe

Un grand merci à Marta et Joao pour la qualité de la prestation et leur extrême gentillesse. Ils nous ont très bien accueillis et pris le temps de nous orienter à Madere. La maison est grande , confortable et très propre. Tous les équipements sont là, conforme à l'annonce.nous étions 9 adultes et n'étions pas à l'étroit. Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons été très très bien accueillis par Martha. La maison est impeccable de très grand volume pouvant recevoir jusqu’à 3 familles avec des enfants . elle nous avait mis un petit panier de fruits de bienvenue qui nous a fait très plaisir. Elle nous a conseillée sur les jolis endroits à visiter, elle était toujours à notre disposition si besoin. Très bon séjour nous recommandons cette maison.

Great family place for a great vacation!

This is a great house for a big family, there is plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is equiped with everything you need and much more. Enough towels for all! The location is not too far from downtown, but it's better to have a car. Marta and her husband were very nice to welcome us. We had a great stay in Madeira.

Great stay with large group

We had 14 people stay at the Immaculate Village and it was a wonderful experience. The home was spacious and had all the things we needed for a comfortable stay. The home is close to downtown Funchal and close access to bakery, cafe and supermarket. We were very pleased with our choice in picking the Immaculate Village!
