Tranquil and relaxing holiday apartment.
This peaceful one bedroom apartment is approximately 5 mins walk from the beautiful Estoril beach and the town centre. The double bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a spacious shower, basin and wc. The kitchen is fully equipped for dining in and there's a balcony looking over the tranquil internal courtyard. The living area can also sleep 2 people on the sofas and has a tv with built-in DVD player. You can also relax and enjoy the sunshine and sea view on the communal roof terrace. There is also a small cafe downstairs where breakfast is available. Wifi and parking are also available. The apartment comes equipped with towels and bedding. Please note that the water and electricity are NOT included in the rental price, on arrival and departure the meter readings are taken and you just pay for what you have consumed on departure.
