We had the most wonderful time at this home on Little Lake Sunapee. The host is extremely helpful and always quick to respond, going above and beyond to provide everything we needed or inquired about, including a second kayak and blender! The house provides beautiful views of the lake at all times of day and access to all kinds of fun on the water. The host left an explanation of everything to do in the area and the house is stocked and comfortable. Love this vacation spot!

Why they chose this property
In a quiet corner of a small lake. An idyllic spot, no jetskis allowed on this lake so it's quiet! 0.8 miles off of Rt. 89. A few minutes from the town of New London. 17 minutes (10 miles) to Mt. Sunapee ski area.
What makes this property unique
This house offers a quiet, secluded access to Little Lake Sunapee and a view of Mt. Kearsage. First and second floor have large windows with plenty of light. Great for artists. This property is one of 6 built along the western edge of the lake. The homeowners formed an association in the 1960's to purchase land across the road. That land is now NH State Forest, and the neighboring forest increases the feeling of seclusion for this house.
