At the foot of the Luberon and in a quiet area, a small house recently restored on 4ha of land, fully open view towards the Sainte Victoire mountain.
1.5 km from the village of Cabriéres d'Aigues, 4 km from Cucuron. the house consists, on the ground floor of a main room with fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 140 cm bed and a bathroom.
upstairs another bedroom with 140 cm bed, an open bedroom with two 90 cm beds, a bathroom and a toilet. outside a terrace equipped with garden furniture.
