This amazing rental is a favorite for all that stay. 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom beach home just a one minute walk to the famous Anna Maria Island beach. The beach stretches for miles in each direction. Feel the powdery sand between your toes and enjoy the warm Gulf waters.
This home has all the style and deluxe amenities you could hope for. There are three elegant king master bedrooms, two with en-suites. The fourth bedroom has a queen and the fifth a twin bed and a twin bunk bed, a favorite with the younger kids. There are TV's in each bedroom.

The backyard is a secluded oasis with a wonderful lounge area with comfy sectional where you can soak up the sun or just curl up on with a good book. Cool off in the saltwater pool by day and relax in the hot tub at night (the pool is heated in winter). Catch the sunset over the ocean from your rooftop terrace. Enjoy living in style with the beautiful beach decor, 10 ft ceilings and top of the line finishes. Connect to the Wifi and enjoy the large screen TV's. Free North America telephone service is included.

Situated right in the center of Anna Maria Island, it's a great location for exploring the island on one of the bikes or on the free island trolley that stops close by. The shops and restaurants in the town of Anna Maria are a five-minute drive to the north, while quaint Bridge Street and its pier are just a little further to the south. More locally, Holmes Beach offers a choice of sixteen restaurants, a marina and the main shopping center on the island (Publix supermarket, drug stores, beach accessories etc.) Take the free trolley to Bean Point, or down to historic Bridge Street. Eat at restaurants like Beach Bistro, Chateau Anna Maria, grab burger's at Skinny's, or watch the sunset at the Sandbar. Go parasailing, take a sunset cruise or paddleboard on the crystal clear blue waters in the Gulf of Mexico.

beach vacation. Traveling with a little one? All our homes come with pack & plays and highchairs. Need
more? There are several great rental places that have everything from baby gates to golfcarts, and they
will drop them right off at your vacation property for you. No need to pack beach towels we provide
those for you.
Remember we are laid back and on Island time - Flip-flops and shorts are ok for breakfast, lunch and
dinner no need to overpack you will most likely be in your cutest bathing suit or bikini anyways.
No need to pay the crazy high fees to check all those bags! With Publix, CVS, and Walgreens right on the
island you can grab any sunscreen, hair product anything needed, why haul it all with you?

Awesome stay!!

We enjoyed the amount of space it had for 2 families. The children really enjoyed the fact that they had their own pool and the floaties that came with it. We enjoyed the convenience of how close it was to the beach also the commodities that came with it, including wagon, bikes, etc. The place was very clean and pretty.

Excellent trip

Best place we’ve stayed at in the 5 years we’ve been having our guy trip. The place was very spacious and well appointed. The pool and hot tub were awesome. Walking distance to the beach. Did that 4 of the 5 days. Hoping to come back next year too.

Perfect house!!

We loved our stay. A block away from the beach, the pool is great and even has a jacuzzi. The kitchen had everything we needed during our stay. One of the beds was awful. we had 2 other bedrooms available, so we were able to switch. Overall it was perfect!!

Perfect!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The property was beautiful, I thought even better than the photos. The backyard was a tropical paradise. The location was awesome and we were just steps away from the beach, making it easy to go back and forth to the beach all day! They had everything we needed in the house, including a pack’n’play and high chair for the baby. We would definitely reccomend this place and would come back as well!

Had everything you needed. Bikes, ping pong beach stuff, pool toys. Nice pool and hot tub. Nice bathrooms. Bedrooms sort of small. Family room rug dirty. Plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies. Kitchen cupboards a little banged up.

Super close to the beach, great space for our group.

We had a wonderful family vacation here. Eight adults and 4 kids fit very comfortably. The walk to the beach is not far at all, basically just across the street. We went to the beach every morning with ease and spent the afternoon at the lovely pool when there was enough shade. We contacted the host a few times with questions and they were super responsive. A+ communication. We would definitely go back! Maybe just a different time of year (soooo hot lol).

Loved everything about the house .. only problem is the pool was not cleaned when we got there and only cleaned one time and was suppose to be twice .. need to leave a pool cleaner there so people can clean the bottom of the pool .. the nest is not long enough … but house and pool was great .

Maybe not a family house

We arrived to a home that had what we needed except comfortable furniture, heat , dining chairs for 10, living room furniture that would welcome a family during inclement weather. An outside spiral staircase leading to the crows nest without chairs. A spiral staircase that shook in the wind sounding like a thunderstorm day and night. We love Anna Maria Island and usually our accommodations are wonderful. For the price of the weeks stay home was a disappointment.

Family Vacation

Proximity to the beach was fantastic! We had ample space for everyone. All beds were comfortable except the one on the main floor. Kitchen drawers need some TLC. On of the wicker chair arms need some attention. If you’re not careful you can scratch yourself. The photos in the VRBO listing needs updating.

Great Location Family Friendly

Excellent property that is well managed. Less than two blocks from beautiful beach with all the beach toys you need. We were a family of ten and felt very comfortable in the home. So nice thst they have spare fridge/freezer in garage. Really need this for larger groups. Pool area was our own little oasis. Private with the shade we needed after too many beach hours. Pool was serviced twice while we were there. Very clean. Easy drive to all the island has to offer. Equipped with very cool interactive information board and their binder is chock full of great recommendations. We will definitely be back!!!

Family vacation

The whole rental process was very easy. This property was perfect for our family. We had 6 adults, so 3 king bedrooms for 3 couples was perfect and we had 3 children. The bunk room was perfect for the littles (3 & 5) with an extra twin bed and a queen room for the teen. The pool in the back was great. And the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach. And all the beach gear you need. I wish there was a picture of all the beach gear available to see prior to arrival so you know what to pack. (Or not to pack) There was literally everything you need. Chairs, umbrella, wagon, beach cart, shovels, sand toys, etc. There were 4 (3 working- 1 was broken) bikes to ride which was nice. Also rented a golf cart- that was clutch. Our family of 9 loved this spot and the entire vacation. We would definitely stay at this property again and repeat this trip!!!

Perfect location

The 4 stars on cleanliness was for the pool, the house was perfect. Workers that were suppose to come on the Friday before and repair a section of brick and tile on the pool, showed up Monday morning and cement dust was everywhere, the manager immediately sent someone to clean the pool Monday, then someone else came out later in the day to clean it with a more powerful vacuum, we thought we were going to be ok but it rained and the pool was never clear again, I assume that the dust that remained around the pool washed into the pool. So we unfortunately had very little use of the pool, I wouldn’t get in it and neither would my husband, the young adults did jump in and cool off. Our stay was nice, the beach was close, the house was comfortable for our family. The upstairs bedrooms were really nice. We had the downstairs bedroom, bed very comfortable, room small and not as updated as the rest. We would definitely rent from this rental company again, even after not having full use of the pool.

Mom’s 80th birthday week with family!

Beautiful property, amazing location, and super spacious! All was according to the online pictures for the AMAZING pool oasis, hot tub and private patio! Comfortable bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Well stocked! And high quality furniture throughout. Only Downfalls: Bikes were broken which was very disappointing and one thing we looked forward to. (property manager addressed that two new bikes should have been there and were missing). A few things reported that were a bit to well worn out - vacuum broken, bikes broken, two kitchen chairs loose and breaking, broken door hinge, kitchen faucet broken on one setting, worn our cushions in living room chairs, well worn kitchen skillets, master bath slow drain and backing up. Ripped boogie board and a few additional minor things reported) Clare was very pleasant and documented our concerns. Overall I would stay here again, even with these items reported. Great for families!! Birds eye view deck, and lots of chairs and toys to take to the beach! And tons of good beach towels provided! My adult kids loved the ping pong table too! Fun place with access to water activities close by, and if you are looking for a chill time out of the commercial beach areas this is the place for you!

Very nice home and great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is literally a 3 min walk to the most beautiful public beach that was not busy. The home had beach chairs, toys and a wagon for us to enjoy the beach daily. The home was very clean and really pretty. Great layout for a bigger family and lots of bathrooms. We had 5 adults and 3 kids and still had an extra bedroom we never used! The bathrooms were all large and had very nice showers. The beds were very comfortable too. We rented a golf cart for a portion of our stay and had a lot of fun exploring the island. Everything is about 5-10 minutes from the house so great location. Surrounded by beautiful homes and very quiet neighborhood. Only a few downsides were that the palm trees were so beautiful but blocked most of the afternoon sun when we went in February. The pool and hot tub temps were cooler too as the heater wouldn’t stay on if temps got too low so that was a bummer. We made due and went to the beach most afternoons. The garage had an extra fridge freezer which is rare and was very nice along with 3 working bikes and a ping pong table. The home has several outdoor decks and a rooftop one that was so beautiful to overlook the island. Would definitely stay there again if the pool and hot tub could be warmer and trees were trimmed back to allow for sun. We only had sun back there from about 10a-1pm. Highly recommend otherwise!!

Unfortunately, this home has a heat pump, which pulls air out of the atmosphere and pumps into the pool and spa. When the temperature is cooler outside, it is pulling cooler air that it is flowing into the pool. We have had abnormally low temperatures this past month. We will definitely discuss with the owners regarding cutting back the palm trees. We do hope you'll stay with us again the next time your travels bring you to Anna Maria Island.

Excellent location

House was located really close to the beach and to a South bound trolley stop. House was very nice and had most of the supplies needed. Loved the Corelle dishes that could be used as storage with the special lids. Pool was not clean when we got there, guy came the next day to clean it and one of the features by the front door that we were trying to use to hang purses and toddler backpacks on was only held in by a tiny nail. It fell off the wall within seconds of us trying to use it, I contacted the property manager, they said someone would be out to fix it the next day. No one showed up the next day, so I contacted them again, they said since it wasn't an emergency the guy would be out when he had time. It still wasn't fixed by the time we left. There were other issues, but after that response we didn't bother trying to get stuff fixed while we were there. There were beach supplies, but a lot of stuff was broken, included 2 out of the 3 beach umbrellas. Finding a base for that working umbrella was a challenge, and there was no way to get it into the sand, we had to dig a hole. LOTS of mosquitoes by the pool unfortunately, so make sure to bring bug spray and other big repellent. Loved that there were 2 ensuite rooms. Overall excellent stay!

Hello Cynthia, Thank you for reviewing us. I'm so sorry that the issue wasn't fixed during your stay. Unfortunately, our maintenance tech was sick during your stay. To protect you as our guests, we chose not to send him over and possibly share what he had. We do try to go above and beyond to make our guests happy. We apologize we fell short of your expectations. We do hope you give us another chance and see that this is not our standard.
