Great Toulouse farm, located 30 minutes from Toulouse Blagnac, 20 minutes from Montauban, 15 minutes from Beaumont Lomagne and 40 minutes from Moissac. Many surrounding sights.

Park wooded acre with salt water pool (no chlorine) DE12. 5 m by 6 m (protective barrier), table tennis, floodlit petanque, plancha and barbecue, parking.

Inside: two televisions with two channel decoders + a home cinema projector room, internet and wifi access, a panoramic lounge with pool views and a library lounge with fireplace.
Kitchen bar (adjoining dining room) of 50 square meters, equipped with a gas range cooker and American fridge.

Games room: pool table, table football, relaxation chair and upright piano.

'ANIMAPARK': very popular interactive animal park for young and old to 5 minutes by car.
