It is a newly built house with two floors. The upper floor has a total of 7 rooms with over 13 beds, all equipped with a / c and heating. It has a total of 8 bathrooms, 7 complete them within each room and a toilet next to the living room.

The ground floor of the house has a spacious living room of over 80 square meters with living room with fireplace, stereo, TV, industrial kitchen fully equipped and bar integrated, great access from the living room to the terrace.
The terrace or patio features outdoor kitchen, equipped with an industrial iron, paella, barbecue and beer tap. All this thinking in the comfortable summer holidays where you can enjoy meals on our large porch with pool. The porch has a VIP area to be at night!

It is located in the town of Palenciana (Cordoba), 50 minutes away from Malaga, one hour from Cordoba and an hour and a quarter of Granada.

It is a perfect home for great moments with family or friends to enjoy together and have nice memories of your stay.
