Wonderful apartment in small farmhouse with pool and garden

There is a cozy apartment in a stone farmhouse near Florence with 2 bedrooms, one double and one with two beds and a sofa bed. In the living room is a fully equipped kitchenette: oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, satellite capsules TV flat, free WIFI, Air conditioning and windows all have mosquito nets. One bathroom is with shower, toilet, washbasin, bidet and the other bath has the toilet and washbasin. A gazebo and table.
You are welcome with baby: we can always provide children bed, high chair and changing mat on request free.
Set of bath products, towels (1 bath towel, 1 towel, 1 bidet towel per person) and bed linen on arrival. In the farmhouse there is a garden, barbecue area with table, pool, children's pool, playground for children, outdoor Jacuzzi, parking, all free and shared with other guests of the Farmhouse (total 6 apartments).
Payment on arrival of the City Tax of € 1.00 per person per night for up to 10 nights (children up to 10 years excluded)
Access to the Little SPA Room with sauna, shower and indoor jacuzzi with color sensations is not included in the price request by email if you wish to book access to the Spa.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are a young family, Andrea and Silvia, and our two children. We borned and lived to Florence until 2008 after we moved to live here in countryside. Silvia is an artist painter who with her art had rennovated all apartments. I'm a freelancer who also still work in Florence. The children are small and go to school in the country.

Why they chose this property

We were immediately loved this beautiful farmhouse in the middle of the countryside, with olive trees and vineyards that was propriety of the grandfather of Andrea. When we started the renovations we realized that because of its size could create a farm, so we made some apartments that we rent to guests. So in the years we did all the work required to make it even more beautiful and we continued all the years.

What makes this property unique

The farmhouse is all stone and is very old. On the front of house there is still the emblem of the old noble family and the historical name of the farm. Around us there is a large open space that the countryside was once perhaps a large lawn, and that's how our house is in a small hamlet of houses, called Prato for centuries now. It is thought that the first home is in Storical Archives in 1500, it is certain that in some of the archives was in 1836 or so, the structure of the village house seems already have this form.
When we renovated we felt the need to leave some stone walls, and put the brick and exposed beams, elements tradition for these places. At the same time we have put all the comforts, such as WiFi, pool, spa, BBQ area, air conditioning, and park all around they are fenced off.
