Charming detached house with private pool in Miami Playa

Villa CADIZ is a charming typical villa with private pool, located in Miami Platja.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan fitted kitchen, a living room, a dining room with, two bedrooms, one with two single beds and one with a double bed (180cm) and two bathrooms.
Upstairs a master suite with double bed (140cm) with access to a terrace and a bathroom.
The villa has air conditioning in the living room and all bedrooms, TV (FR, ES, DE), WIFI and terrace on the ground floor.
For your family meals you will have at your disposal a charcoal barbecue, ideal to cook in a friendly way outdoors!
Parking is possible in front of the garage.

LOCATION: The villa is located about 1,4 km from the beach and about 1 km from the supermarket.
At about 1km you have the main avenue arranged for cycling or walking, with many bars, restaurants and shops.

Le séjour était très bien, les environs sont calmes et la maison est superbe malgré qu’il fasse chaud dans la chambre du haut pour la nuit sachant qu’il n’y a pas de climatisation

Lovely place to relax. Supermarket 5 minutes by car, Cambrils is 20 minutes drive. We certainly come back to this nice villa!
