The Farmhouse has been recently renovated and is located in the heart of the Chianti region, sorrounded by wineyards and olive trees. For the comfort and the wellness of the Guests, we offer a seasonal outdoor pool (24/05->30/09 2025) with adjoined equipped sun terrace, Wi-Fi, garden, parking place, laundry facilities (at payment) and barbecue
Just a few hundred meters of gravel road to discover a peaceful and lovely site, surrounded by nature, excellent starting point for daily excursions (i.e. by bike) and visits (Florence 19 km , Siena 45 km, San Gimignano 35 Km) or simply a place to relax and drink a good glass of red wine

Large living room with a double sofa bed and TV-SAT, kitchen (kettle, oven, freezer and dishwasher), double room, twin bedded room, bathroom with shower (hair dryer).
Access to the garden equipped with chairs, table, sunshade and deckchairs.

Baby cot: at payment 5.00 € per day
Extra change of towels or sheets, 5.00 € per person

Calme très appréciable pour se reposer

Séjour dépaysant : exceptionnel panorama sur la campagne toscane, propriétaire attentif, hébergement très propre et bien équipé, piscine agréable, dépaysement garanti pour les citadins par les visites nocturnes de chevreuils aux abords de la maison.
