-Second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 beds) - Perfect for large families.

-Bathroom with shower.



IMPORTANT INFORMATION

- Group bookings are not accepted.

- Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation.

- Optional parking space in nearby building (250m). Additional charge and subject to request. Important! Suitable only for small cars. Large cars will not fit.

- Tourist tax not included in the accommodation price. This accommodation requires a security deposit of €300. Key collection takes place at the Universal Holiday Centre offices located at Avenida del Batlle Pere Molas 3, Salou. Online registration is mandatory at least 24 hours prior to arrival. This includes the occupant details required under Royal Decree 933/2021 and completion of all payments. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee key delivery. The agency will contact you in advance to provide all necessary information in this regard.

- As this is tourist accommodation, some elements may show normal signs of use or certain wear that does not affect their functionality and which, by their nature, cannot always be repaired between stays, such as small dents or marks on walls, as well as wear on certain elements, furniture or appliances. The guest accepts this circumstance as inherent to the nature and use of the rented accommodation.

Perfect veiw

The property was fab beautiful veiw. One slight hitch was no english tv channels even a news one would be good . The water in bathroom was not quite hot enough.

Lovely place to stay perfectly located for the beach shops and food venues.

The view is amazing watching the sun rise over the beach an amazing for looking at the night sky at the stars. When using the shower it seemed to sometimes trickle out onto the tiles an under the shelves which was abit of an inconvenience having to mop up sometimes as it could pool. The fan in the living room being separate from the light switch so you can have the fan on without the lights especially at night where a lamp would give more of a relaxing feel.

Vacances à Salou.

Nous avons bien apprécié la situation de l'appartement la terrasse avec la vue magnifique sur la plage et la baie des capelans. Great location, stunning view

This is a great location if you want to be close to the beach and the hustle and bustle of peak season Salou! Balcony is huge and the view is great, as pictured. The appartment its self is ok - a bit smaller than the pictures suggest . No air con so kept bedroom window and patio door open most of the time and its noisy - all day and night! Coat buses run up and down road below balcony, lots if other traffic including the land train, and the bin lorries empty the bins (noisily!) Every night around 3am!! Some of the furniture and fittings also a bit dated - the fridge was barely cold (despite an engineer coming out to look at it) and the cooker past it's best, and some furniture a bit tatty but overall ok. Parking (only street available) is super difficult when it's so busy. If we hadn't had a blue badge I'm not sure where we'd have parked some days. We had a good week but its probably best for those without a car and just looking for beach and late nights!

The apartment is sold without the airco facility but it is a good improvement. Wunderschöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick

Eine schöne, gepflegte Anlage. Eine liebenswerte, herzliche Concierge, die nur spanisch sprach, wir uns trotzdem verstanden, rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Einziger Wehrmutstropfen war, dass wir ungehobelte, laute Menschen über uns hatten. Schlafen nur mit Ohropax.
