Fantastic ground floor apartment in a very quiet area of Salou. Just a few minutes' walk from the coves of Cap Salou and Pineda beach.



The complex has a large communal garden with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts and a Paddle court. It also offers 2 play areas for the little ones, which is why it is ideal for staying with children.

With capacity for up to 8 people, it is distributed across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It consists of a single storey with a large living-dining room with large windows with access to the large terrace, a very well-equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom area is distributed in a master suite with its en-suite bathroom and 2 rooms with 2 single beds each.

Genial.

Urbanización muy tranquila ideal para familias con niños. Muy bien ubicado, cerca de la playa, cerca un supermercado y cerca de la zona de bares y tiendas. Cerca de Port Aventura y del Aquopolis. Bien equipado y limpio. Única pega el sofá muy muy incómodo.

La casa es amplia, el aire acondicionado funciona fenomenal y los jardines y zonas comunes de la piscina muy bien cuidados. Tal vez a la casa le haria falta mas menaje de cocina, tuvimos que comprar casi todo.

Apartment Broken Into

The apartment was broken into and we had money and personnel items stolen. no sign of a break in. doors and windows locked. roller shutters down. We think someone must of had a key. no damage to the apartment. It totally spoilt our family holiday.
