Villas Arbia are located next to the sea, only 30 m away from the beach, with a breathtaking view of the old town of Rab and its four magnificent bell towers. The Villas were built during the Austro-Hungarian Empire, furnished with pieces in the Art Nouveau style. They are only a 15 minute stroll along the promenade away from the old town centre.
Villas Arbia offer accommodation in Villas Rio & Magdalena which have double and quadruple rooms***,
and in Villa Margita which has (studio) apartments****. The newest addition to our offer are two luxuriously decorated apartments***** in the Deluxe part of Villa Margita.
Villa Margita has a total of 6 x Superior Studio Apartment (max. 2 adults+ 1 children)
Total capacity in studios: 18 beds (base and extra beds)
Each of the rooms includes a private bathroom, SAT TV, refrigerator, and air-conditioning.
