Gastgeber verhält sich äußerst unfreundlich und es gab eibige Mängel an der Unterkunft:1) die Sitz Möbel auf dem Balkon sind bei der ersten Verwendung direkt gebrochen ( ich wiege als Mann 90 kg) und ich konnte die Stühle somit nicht verwenden.2)Der Gastgeber hat sich für die minderwertigen Stühle nicht entschuldigt sonder Vorwürfe gemacht und er wollte mich bei Fewo melden 3) das Kinderbett war extrem verstaubt sodass wir rs nicht für unser Kind verwenden konnten 4) die Couch war ziemlich unhygienisch und mit Flecken und Haaren 5) die Wohnung ist um 4. Stock...akso gut überlegen ob das mit Kindern Sinn macht Alles in allem keine Empfehlung

Leben in Grado

Mit dem Fahrrad ist das gesamte Grado „erfahrbar“ - 8 Minuten in die Altstadt, 5 Minuten zum Strand, leben in Nachbarschaft zu Italienern, im Supermarkt morgens um 08:00 mit Handschlag begrüßt werden: Genau richtig!

Appartamento piccolo ma carino

Abbiamo soggiornato per pochi giorni. L’appartamento è stato ben ristrutturato (mobili e lavatrice nuovi) un po’ piccolo per 4 persone. Letto comodo, divano letto meno e una volta aperto si esaurisce lo spazio in sala. Sicuramente scomodo per 4 adulti ma adatto a 2 adulti e bambini. Proprietario disponibile e gentile. Purtroppo c’erano solo 3 sedie e abbiamo dovuto comprarne una, abat-jour senza lampadine. Parcheggio piccolo da dividere con gli altri condomini, ma nel caso ci sono strisce bianche tutto attorno ed un parcheggio grande e free a 3 minuti a piedi. Posizione tranquilla a pochi minuti dal mare. Rispetto al centro dista a piedi circa 25 minuti. Se avete la bici invece sarà tutto a massimo 8/10 minuti.

Die Wohnung war modern eingerichtet. Die ist ideal fur 2 oder max 4 Personen. Die Verteile: modern eingerichtet, gross Balkon, die Klimaanlage, ruhige Ort, 5 Minuten von Strand, in Nehe Lebensmittel/ Restaurant Die Nechteile: wenige Kuchenaussttung( kein Schopfloffel, wenige Tassen), bisschen Problem mit dem Parken auf der Strasse ( nur wenig). Gesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden. Ich empfehlen diese Unterkunft. Die Stadtzentrum in Grado ist sehr schon( kleine alte Gassen). Danke Bob

Gemütliche Wohnung, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt

Wir haben die Wohnung für 5 Nächte gebucht und waren damit ganz zufrieden. Sie befindet sich im 2 Obergeschoss. Wir haben direkt vor dem Haus im Hof geparkt. Es gibt auch Parkmöglichkeit auf der Strasse nicht weit vom Haus. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber gemütlich und uns hat nichts außer ein Paar Kleinigkeiten (Klopapier und Geschirrspülmittel) gefehlt. Perfekt für eine kleine Familie. Der Vermieter Alessio ist nett und hilfsbereit. Bis zum Strand sind nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Supermarkt ist auch in der Nähe (5 Minuten). Ein guter Restaurant (Delfino Blue) um die Ecke. Bis ins Zentrum von Grado läuft man ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden die Wohnung gern wieder buchen.

Schönes, neu renoviertes Ferienappartement in Grado

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 3., obersten Stock in einem älteren, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommenen Appartementhaus rund 1km vom Ortskern entfernt. Eine Tankstelle, Supermarkt und Pizzeria liegen aber gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und großem Schrank, einem Duschbad mit Waschmaschine und einer Essküche mit Bistrotisch, Kochzeile mit Herd und Kühlschrank sowie einer Ausziehcouch auf der 2 weitere Personen schlafen können. Für 4 Erwachsene evtl. etwas eng, für 2 Personen oder auch mit 2 jüngeren Kindern aber absolut ausreichend. Es gibt auch einen großen Balkon, die Wohnung wurde anscheinend erst kürzlich renoviert, alles noch neu und sehr gut in Schuss.
