Beautiful beachfront condo on Longboat Key, FL!!!

Open for season 2026. This condo is a 3 month rental. January through March or December through February. This beautiful 2/2 remodeled condo is located on the southern end of Longboat Key and is directly on the beach.

Our unit is located in building nine, 4th floor, with a green belt area just to the north, the beach to the west, tennis courts to the east and few steps to the pool, library, recreation and workout room. It is one of four premium buildings, directly on the Gulf of Mexico!

This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit sleeps 4 in old-style Florida comfort. This well stocked condominium assures you a most leisurely and comfy vacation from it's roomy beds to its well-appointed kitchen. This unit has cable and wifi internet.

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium of which you will occupy alone.

We are a management company here in Sarasota and can handle any issues that may arise.

This beachfront condo is on the south end of Longboat Key, which is a lush gorgeous part of Sarasota with a lot of restaurants and shopping nearby.

A car is recommended. There is (1) assigned parking spaces for this condo.

This unit can only be booked by the month 1st thru 31st, although 2 week increments may be considered in off season by management (June thru October). If owner chooses to forfeit 2 weeks income and allow less than 30 days, the daily rate will increase. Please ask Precise Realty Corp for your personalized quote. 50% of Total Rental amount is due upon booking the reservation, and the balance due 90 days prior to the arrival date. There is a 13% Tax, Cleaning Fee of $250.00, and Beachplace Application Fee of $165.00. Please note that Beachplace allows construction/remodeling during off season, roughly May - December as is the policy at many condominiums in Florida. This is reflected in the rent. CANCELLATION: In the event the Tenant cancels the reservation, they are responsible for the entire amount of the rent and tax. If the Landlord is able to re-lease the premises for the entire time frame of the Guest License Agreement, they will refund Tenant’s money, minus 18% of the rental amount for processing fees.
Damage deposit: $600.00
There must be a minimum of 2 adults over
the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

In lieu of a damage deposit, guests will be charged a fee of $14.00 a night to cover any damages up to $3,000.
