Convenient location

Positives: convenient to town, easy check in and out, kitchen small but functional. Cons: a bit small for 4 adults, more hooks or storage area for front bedroom, no view.

Small two bedroom apartment. Not much room to move around. We were only two people, so enough room for us. 4 people would be cramped. Bed comfortable. Everything worked fine. Off San Martin Ave., quiet, close to everything.

Not very appealing

Needs a whole new set of cookware - frying pan handle hanging off. Teflon on all 3 pans chipping. We were going to cook, but with inferior cooking utensils ate ALL our meals out, Kitchen area too small to cook In anyway! Also no kitchen towels or anything to clean with - just an old used sponge. We had to ask for kitchen towels and got s roll of paper ones. Apt needs to be repainted and refurnished in the common areas, as it was not appealing to be in. We tried to check in at 2 PM and were told the last tenents just left and to come back in two hours. We weren’t pleased with the apt - just not appealing to be in

I’m sorry you had such a bad experience. We had reniewed utensils since unfortunately guests do not care for them and that’s why they are waisted so often. Regarding checkin time I remember since it was the first time I had to ask someone to leave more than once, but last teneant left at 1230, when you arrived, so aparment was ready at 2, maybe not when you arrive but yes at check in time. We still wish it could had been ready on you arrival despite check in time. I’m sorry again the apartment did not meet your expectations. Best, Maria

Alquilamos con 6 meses de anticipacion, y un dia antes de llegar nos avisaron que no tenian disponible el departamento. Habiamos alquilado una unidad para 4 personas y en su lugar nos ubicaron en 2 de 2 personas, y no de la misma calidad.
