Apartamento es más espacioso de lo que esperábamos, lo cual es genial. El pueblo es precioso, merece muchísimo la pena visitarlo. Es cierto que los cuartos de baño necesitarían de una reforma en comparación al resto del piso, pero cumplen su función perfectamente.

Es un piso cómodo y amplio, pero la bañera está vieja y da un aire sucio, son precios son elevados como en Donosti u otras zonas turísticas de la zona como Lekeitio o un hotel del caribe mismo, no siendo éste un pueblo turístico. Además que la zona para aparcar es complicada. Si no fuese por el precio serían detalles a dejar pasar.

Siento que la valoración ofrecida no responde con el estado y servicio recibido. Con vuestra valoración entiendo que habéis estado a gusto en el piso y quiero aclarar los puntos que habéis mencionado: - El detalle que no os ha gustado es el precio, pero el precio es conocido de antemano por lo que fue de vuestra elección. - La catalogación de pueblo turístico o no, no lo entiendo. Más teniendo en cuenta que tenéis familia que lleva años veraneando en Ondarroa. -El aparcamiento en plenas fiestas patronales del pueblo (semana del 15 de AGOSTO), en un pueblo con playa y buen tiempo a la vez, si puede ser complicado. - Es verdad que la bañera no es nueva pero como decís no estaba sucia y está en buen estado.

Amplio pero camas incómodas y falta de limpieza

El apartamento es amplio, la cocina está bastante bien pero en general está un poco viejo todo y debería haber más limpieza. La placa estaba bastante sucia y los cubiertos de la cocina también. La ducha también estaba muy sucia. Las camas no eran muy cómodas, sobre todo las pequeñas, en las que se dormía bastante mal. En general es un apartamento aceptable para unos días, es amplio y aunque le falta limpieza y comodidad hemos disfrutado de unos días en Ondarroa, que está cerca de todos los sitios turísticos a los que hay que ir obligatoriamente. Cabe destacar que se nos rompió una de las persianas al bajarlas, ya que están bastante viejas. Eider fue muy amable y estuvo pendiente de cualquier problema que hubiese y de que llegásemos bien.

Varios puntos a contestar: Primero, sobre el comentario de que la casa está vieja. El piso es según se ve en las fotos. Segundo: comodidad de las camas. Es la primera vez que nos hacen este comentario. Tercero: suciedad. Siento mucho si no estuvimos a la altura de vuestras expectativas. Esperamos mejorar para los siguientes huéspedes. Cuarto: con respecto a la persiana, tal y como mencionas estuvimos muy pendientes y sin cobrar nada. Se soltó la correa de la misma, algo que puede suceder al dejar caer la persiana de golpe. Más aún, como en este caso si es la persiana del balcón, que por el tamaño que tiene pesa mucho más. La prioridad son los huéspedes, y estas cosas suceden. Pero hay que mencionar que el piso está bien aislado con ventanas de PVC.

Great space in a lovely town

Owner was very accommodating and answered quickly. Home was lovely and large with a renovated kitchen, fully equipped. One block from shopping and restaurants. There is a grocer next door. The bedrooms were smallish but the mattress and pillows were comfortable. Nice and quiet location.

Ondarroa es un pueblo costero con playa y rio. Se palpa la brisa y el ambiente costero en todo el pueblo. Entiendo que viniendo del interior, de una región muy seca se note la diferencia en el grado de humedad ambiental. Creo que es importante señalar que dentro del piso no hay humedades.
