Villa Alice, a stunning single-storey three-bedroom villa, offering exceptional privacy and tranquility in the prestigious Vila Sol area. The villa boasts three spacious en-suite bedrooms, complemented by a stylish guest bathroom.

Impeccably maintained , the property features a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a lush, private garden—perfect for relaxing or entertaining. With its elegant design and serene ambiance, this villa truly offers a luxurious retreat.
Casa Alice is a spacious villa which has been tastefully furnished throughout with many great features. It is part of the residential golf development and is located within easy driving distance of Vilamoura marina.

The accommodation comprises:
Entering the property we find entrance hall, living room with seating area, fireplace, TV and DVD player.
Next to the living room there is the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen. Also there is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Three bedrooms en suite, two bathrooms with a shower and the master bedroom has a bath.
The outside area comprises a large swimming pool surrounded on one side with a deck and a landscaped garden.

The outside dining area is next to the gas BBQ and under a covered terrace. There is also a seating area under another covered terrace. There is a large roof terrace for further sun bathing.
Air conditioning and wifi coverage throughout.

Family trip

The villa was lovely with enough space for all six of us. In a great location with bars and restaurants nearby. Villamoura is only 10 mins in a cab. Pool area was heavenly.

Our Stay Was Absolutely Fantastic!We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at this villa and honestly, we loved everything about it. It was perfect for 4 adults and a 7 year old. The villa itself was spotless, beautifully set up, and incredibly comfortable. The pool was great — big, clean, and perfect for relaxing or cooling off in the sun. We spent loads of time there and it really made the holiday feel special.The location was fantastic too. Peaceful, easy to get around, and ideal for a chilled villa holiday. Everything we needed was close by, but the villa still felt private and relaxing.The host, Jonathan, was absolutely brilliant — friendly, helpful, and genuinely invested in making sure we had a great stay. Communication was spot‑on from start to finish, which made everything smooth and stress‑free.Overall, it was just a really, really nice stay. We enjoyed every minute of it and would love to come back again in the future. Couldn’t fault a thing — it was all good, and we really liked it.

Beautiful Villa, absolutely charming

We had a lovely holiday. The Villa was beautiful. Tastefully decorated. It had everything you needed. Air Con & WiFi all worked. The outdoor space, where we spent most of our time was perfect. It was a €10 Euro taxi ride into Vilamoura (€7 if you got Uber). Taxis were easy to get and came within about ten minutes. Local restaurants a ten minute walk. We would definitely return. Jonathan who dealt with our booking was great. Kept in touch and gave advice about various things. Very pleasant to deal with.

Second time here

Had a lovely stay, Villa is smashing. It was our second time here and I would definitely recommend. Outside area is lovely. Used Uber to get into Villamoura, cost about €12. Jonathan the Manager is absolutely spot on, really responsive to messages. Overall a great stay.

Dear Nelia, I am sorry that I need to write this comment, but your stay was a big mess. First of all, this property has only three bedrooms and it is clearly stated in the description. Second, you obviously rented a villa for your son to have some parties. During the stay the security "Grupo 8" came several times to calm everybody down. Which is absolutely not acceptable. For this reason your son and his company were expulsed from the villa. They left the villa in a terrable state so we needed more people and more hours to prepare it for the next client. During these years we never had such a bad experience with guests.

Fabulous villa!

Fabulous villa, great location and very private. Gorgeous pool and outdoor area. Villa is well equipped, only thing missing are towels for the pool so bring them or do what we did and buy some in Quarteira. Short walk to Vila sol cafe which is a little treasure. Would not hesitate to return!

Right next to a building site during our stay (27th Jul / 03rd Aug 18)

When we arrived, we discovered that our villa was next to a new house, still under construction right next to it. Workers were on site, from 8:30 in the morning until 5:30 each day except sunday, so just hammering a few meters away from the swimming pool. We were told as an explanation that works were supposed to be finished before our arrival, but were unfortunately delayed. No one told us before our arrival about this inconvenience, so we felt trapped. Lovely holidays ….!

Lovely villa in good location

Really nice villa just a ten minute walk from good restaurants. Also a small supermarket and bar and Pestana vilasol resort just a short walk away too. Communication from Natalia and Jonathan excellent they were easily contactable and responded straight away. Car not needed if you are going to stay on the resort as the restaurants, bar and supermarket are only short walk away. If you wanted to go into the marina or anywhere else the taxi company recommended by Natalia were excellent. Lovely garden and pool would highly recommend. Thank you for a lovely stay.
