Birch Traditional Single Storey Lodge in Tranquil Settings, Sleeps 4

Birch single storey is a self catering lodge. Open plan living area that comprises of a lounge with two and three seater leather suite, LCD TV with freeview, DVD/CD player. Open kitchen/dining area fitted with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, under-counter fridge and separate freezer, dishwasher. All pots and pans can be found in the cupboards. Double bedroom with ensuite shower room, twin bedroom and separate family bathroom, both bedrooms have hairdryers and TVs on the walls. Bed linen, towels and electricity are included within the price. Cleaning products, including dishwasher tablets, foil etc can be found in the cupboard under the sink in the cupboard. There are numerous other extras included within the lodge.

This lodge is pet friendly by prior arrangement - we allow 2 well behaved dogs.

There are many extras to hire including BBQs for sunny days, towels for the hot tub - please enquire.

Definitely going again.

We had a really nice weekend except the weather The site is really clean and well maintained the lodge was clean nice views, the lodges are not all on top of each other so that was nice. Good location and I will definitely be going back trying out some different lodges that they have. 10/10.

Birch is a little hidden gem on our site, with its undercover hot tub and parking spaces straight outside the door, and position on the site making it a popular choice for our guests. Sorry about the weather. its normally back to back sunshine up here in North Yorkshire. We actually welcome the odd occasional shower !! We hope its back to normal for your next visit. Excellent holiday, highly recommended

Lovely lodge on lovely site, staff very friendly and helpful, beautiful area . My wife has her 70th birthday next year and when I asked her if she would like to do something special she said go to flowery Dell so will be booking again

Perfect as usual

As a regular visitor to flowery dell, this stay lived up to its high standards. The whole process from booking-staying is professional. The staff are excellent, nothing is a problem. The lodge is comfortable, clean and equipped with the little extras that you usually forget when on a self catering holiday. The site is immaculate. We as always will see you soon!!

First time visit

A very enjoyable stay with some lovely weather. The lodge was in a nice location and very well maintained. The only problem was with the bathroom and en-suite shower they were both very tight for us with limited mobility. We appreciated the disability pack but that just took up extra room. We loved the area and seeing all the wildlife e.g. rabbits around.

Excellent Retreat

We have now been several times to Flowery Dell and we always receive a very warm welcome. Everything is well maintained and the staff is always on hand to solve any problems you may have. The location is brilliant with lovely scenery and only 5 minutes away in the car from Richmond centre. We can’t wait for our return visit and give Flowery Dell Top Marks for everything.

Long Weekend

Arrived on the Friday, cabin absolutely spotless, little welcome hamper for us and the dog and a bottle of wine in fridge as it was our honeymoon, hot tub and area spotless, relaxed and private, had a fantastic weekend here, so much so we are going back to same cabin in august

The perfect break away !!

From the first friendly greeting at Reception to walking in to the lodge and finding a lovely welcome hamper and even one for the dog , our stay at Birch Lodge was so lovely ! Beautifully well kept site with wildlife on your doorstop morning and evening ....... the hot tub is a great feature too ! All in all a beautiful place to get away to for peace and quiet and yet lots of places to visit round about .... we will most definitely be back again !!!!

Chill out

Just spent a lovely relaxing stay at Flowery Dell , so peaceful ,and welcoming ,being surrounded by nature was a lovely bonus , we loved it . Comfortable dog friendly lodge with all you might need , and much more .Our two BT’s Jack n Mac were in heaven with the walks although they weren’t allowed off lead because of all the adorable bunnies ,of which there were many they kept us entertained for most of the time .Our first time with a hot tub , and that was a big from us . I’m sure we will be returning , and lm more than happy to recommend Flowery Dell

Perfect peaceful location, beautiful bird song and abundance of wildlife.

This is the second visit to the beautiful Flowery Dell and it doesn’t disappoint. Birch is a beautiful place to stay, very comfortable, clean, has everything you could possibly need and more! The hot tub is fantastic and very well maintained. Table and chairs outside to relax and listen to the birds, watch the wildlife and just forget about everything for while. Myself, son 11 and adult daughter with additional needs, enjoyed walking beside the river in Richmond, just a short drive away. If you want to forget it all for a while, I highly recommend Flowery Dell. I’m sure we will return again. Thank you for an awesome break.

Wonderful and relaxing

We had an amazing stay at Flowery Dell. The lodge was beautiful and clean. The living room and kitchen areas were really big. The hottub was so good we used it morning and evening. There was a beautiful little woodland where we could exercise our dogs. It was a short walk from town which is bustling with shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a really lovely circular walk in town along the river. The staff are exceptional and went the extra mile which really meant a lot to us. We are booking again as soon as we can.

Perfect for a weekend of relaxation

I booked the lodge at short notice for myself and my husband. We have stayed at Flowery Dell many times but this was the first time we have stayed at Birch. The lodge was the perfect place for a weekend of relaxation and being just in the moment. We enjoyed relaxing walks through the forest walkways every morning with our dog. The lodge was in a quiet location, so very peaceful, the hot tub was perfect on an evening to relax and unwind. The lodge was clean and the welcome pack on arrival was a lovely surprise. The lodge was maintained to the high standards you can expect from the team at Flowery Dell, as they really do everything to ensure you have a great stay.

A very enjoyable break

The mattress are to soft and the couches are to low for disabled people and the toilet is also too low but apart from that everything was excellent and one more thing the door way’s need to be a little bigger for a wheelchair to get in to bedroom and toilet.
