Located in The Grande at Canal Pointe, the community offers beautifully landscaped grounds, scenic walking paths, and an unbeatable location east of Route 1—less than two miles from the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, a leisurely bike ride to downtown, and just minutes from the tax-free Tanger Outlets. Guests enjoy access to two community pools (typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day), two clubhouses, two gyms, a fenced-in playground, and tennis and basketball courts.
