Pretty house of 90 m2 on 2 floors in a very beautiful district of Aix en Provence; quiet, 5 minutes from downtown by car.
Garden 100 m 2 with dining area, sun loungers, barbecue, very pleasant.
Vehicle parking in front of the house without difficulty.
Upstairs bedrooms (comfortable beds) with bathroom and WC. Kitchen, living room, office, WC and shower room on the ground floor.
All very well laid out and very functional.
