A stone house, located on the top of a high cliff, with a spectacular view of the whole Island in a quite and private spot that offers to our guests the most relaxing holidays away from the crowds.
A large back yard with an access to a private pool and a BBQ area makes these apartments a dream for families and couples alike. Agrikia is situated in a perfect spot, right in the middle of the island, which gives our guests easy access to all the unique beaches and traditional villages of Zakynthos Island. The Apartment is brand new, built this year and it is decorated in a way that makes the guests feel like home. If you are seeking for authenticity, absolute relaxation and total privacy on your holidays, this is the ideal place to be !

Such a lovely place to stay. Beautifully clean everywhere. As other people have said, a car is essential as its fairly remote. With a car there isn't anywhere on the island that isnt easily reached though. Highly recommended.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We spent time relaxing at the beautiful villa in between exploring the island. A car is a must. The owners were very helpful in giving recommendations for places to eat and visit.

Wonderful holiday

The owner is lovely, the apartment is lovely, the view is spectacular. As previously mentioned in other reviews the drive to the apartment is not for the faint hearted, especially at night, but it is so worth it. Would I return, definitely. Thank you for a wonderful week.

Lovely property in beautiful surroundings

The property is lovely and the view is fantastic. We often had the pool to ourselves and it was lovely and quiet (except for the crickets). Kids loved spotting lizards and watching bats fly over the pool at night. Perfect location for driving to different parts of the island, though driving not for the faint hearted, lots of narrow roads with steep drops. Property is cleaned daily , which is a treat! The only thing we were a little disappointed by was the ‘pantry items’ provided which turned out to be only salt and pepper. Overall a lovely place to stay, wouldn’t hesitate to go back again.

Stunning Villa

Beautiful villa with amazing views. Owners were so friendly and communication prior to arrival was really helpful. Homemade biscuits and wine on arrival were a lovely touch. Property beautifully maintained and location is central so as long as you have a car it’s in a good place to travel to any destination on the island. The single track road up to the villa as mentioned in other reviews is not one for nervous drivers however once you’ve done it a couple of times it’s fine (although we were lucky never to meet any traffic coming the other way). We would definitely recommend a stay in this lovely peaceful place.

A wonderful villa - recommended

Breathtaking views across the island. Accommodation of a very high standard - lovely swimming pool, very helpful staff and everything was just perfect - a car is essential and the road to the villa is quite a challenge - not for the faint hearted.

Unsere Wohnung lag im Erdgeschoss. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Aussicht auf das Land und die Stadt ist wunderschön. Man kann den Sonnenaufgang am Pool genießen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig und wunderschön. Wir würden die Wohnung auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen.

Very tranquil, spacious and clean apartment right in the middle of Zakinthos

An up-hill winding road through olive trees leads to the lovely Agrekia Villa (there are signs to follow). The view of Zakinthos from the villa garden is glorious. The villa's central location meant we were able to access the whole island easily - a car is essential! Five apartments make up the villa and our ground-floor one was very spacious both inside and out with direct access to the garden & lovely pool. Maria, the owner and Kristy gave a warm welcome and were more than happy to answer any queries we had. Our apartment was cleaned daily, a real treat, with sheets & towels changed every 3 days. The shared garden area and pool were well maintained with lots of shade to sit in making it a very relaxing place to stay.
