Lovely and original cottage in Binibeca, located in a very quiet area, just 2 minutes walking from the fishing village and 10 minutes from the beautiful Binibeca beach. Bars, restaurants and souvenir shops are very close. The village of Sant Lluís is about 7 minutes driving and there is a bus line to Mahón.
Exterior:
The house has a spacious porch with partial sea views, furnished with a table and built-in benches for eating in the fresh air. The swimming pool (8m x 4m) has built-in steps to access it and is surrounded by grass and sunbathing terraces. The garden features a large lawn area.
Interior:
The house, well-maintained and with comfortable furniture, is distributed on a single floor. There is an annex with independent access.
Ground Floor Main House: living-dining room, American kitchen, outdoor laundry area, 1 master bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 individual bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, 1 complete bathroom.
Ground Floor Annex: 1 master bedroom with complete en-suite bathroom and independent external access.
Tourist licence: 39
