Apartment with a big terrace & wonderful views to the beach and swimming pool

Smart and quiet apartment. If you want to be in peace, -bike or practice sport, running, skating, swimming- or simplely you want to enjoy beaches, this apartment is what you are looking for.

You have an incredible view of the beach. Great and big terrace.

The beaches are in front of you, and there are not so deep, so it's perfect if you have children. If you prefer, there is a private zone with two swimming pools, and a little private garden to sunbathe.

The apartment is so close to the Train station (5 minutes walking) so you can go by train to nice villages (Sitges, Calafell, Vilanova), cute places to walk, take pictures, enjoy art, or go shopping.

There are 2 big rooms. One has a double bed, and the other has two singles bed, but you can put together, if you want, in order to have a double bed. .

But the most important is that is an absolutely external apartment. All the rooms have windows facing outside. The apartment has an incredible terrace in front of the beach, and in the back side you have another terrace. You can see the swimming pool from there.

There is a covered parking with a big place. You can put your car, or van, and a motorbike.

Wonderful for our family of four. Would stay again

The owner met us promptly and showed us the apartment. Gave us information about the local area. It was a lovely apartment with a great view of the sea. Can walk to it by crossing the street. Wonderful local Carrefour and a lovely cafe in the same parking lot. Sitges and Tarragona are both close and worth a visit. Would stay again

Just what we wanted....

This is a lovely small apartment, perfectly situated for the beach. It has a great, apartment wide, terrace with uninterrupted views of the sea in the front and similar out the back. The kitchen is small and functional and had everything we required. The only downside is that there is no lift so from the basement carpark up to the top floor apartment is quite a hike with heavy cases. (Also, there was no Wi-Fi when we were there but were assured it was temporary and should have already been fixed. The owner was very apologetic). Cunit is not a particularly pretty town but the long beach and promenade are well taken care of. We went in May and not all the restaurants had yet opened for the summer season. It was very quiet while we were there but I would imagine it would be very busy during the summer. The owner (Carlos) was very helpful and reactive to our questions. I'm sure we'll be back.

Nous avons été accueillis par Carlos avec toute sa gentillesse et son très bon français qui nous a permis d'arriver en toute confiance à l'appartement. Un appartement très propre très convivial très fonctionnel et merveilleusement bien placé face à la mer avec une magnifique terrasse. Trang og varm leilighet.

Leiligheten stemte ikke helt overens med bildene, den var mye mindre og trangere. Kjøkkenet hadde alt vi trengte og mere til, men var knøttlite. Det var dører som slo i alle retninger og gjorde det enda trangere. OK bad. Der var ingen aircondition, kun to vifter på soverommene, så det ble ulidelig varmt inne, særlig på kjøkkenet der sola sto på hele ettermiddagen. Terrassen var veldig fin med utsikt til stranda. Der var to solsenger hvorav en var ødelagt, solstoler og spisebord. Selve Cunit var kjedelig, ingenting å gjøre. Man må ha bil for å komme til butikken. Stranda har ikke senger og parasoller.

Dear Pia, I'm sorry that the stay was so disappointing for you. Sadly, it has been for me too. I don't think the reason for the low rating is the photos - which are faithful to the apartment - or the sun lounger with a hinge damaged by the previous tenant - I couldn't replace them, although they could be used without problems. Perhaps the tone of the message is due to the fact that, although we had reached an agreement to always close the awnings every night, and every day when it was windy, the neighbors warned me that in the middle of a storm with rain and strong wind, the awnings were still open and were about to break down, which is what happened. This tense situation forced me to warn you that if they broke due to misuse, the repair would have to be paid for. The storm destroyed the arms of the awnings damaged, and the fabric unstitched. It should be noted that I am in the process of fixing it with the apartment's insurance in this case, and that I have not incurred any extra expenses in your stay. I haven't seen any thanks in your message either, and that saddens me too. Disappointed that you were not able to enjoy my apartment, which I left in your hands those days for you to enjoy and take care of, I take note of everything so that it does not happen again. Thanks for your opinion.

Un bel appartement face mer . Au pied de l immeuble une voie piétonne pour les amateurs de marche . La ville en elle même n est pas très attirante mais le cadre face à la mer vaut le détour . Propriétaire de l appartement très à l écoute et très gentil .

Fijne gastheer, goede ligging appartement. Heerlijk groot terras met prachtig uitzicht over zee. Cunit zelf is minder mooi plaatsje, maar andere plaatsen zijn goed bereikbaar.

cozy appartment at the beach

Very calm, nice apartment almost on the beach. Perfect gateway for family like us. The surrounding beach is ideal for children with sand and warm sea. The complex has also relatively large pool. It is larger than on the photos and can be observed from apartment's back terrace. So kids can stay in the pool a bit longer as you check them from terrace. The apartment is equipped with all "machinery" and has a garage. A must if you are having a car. The mosquitos were there, but they are everywhere in Catalonia (as it is green country). After couple of days we bought a mosquito trap, which catch them over the night and the problem was solved. It is a recommendation. Host is a very nice person, he explained everything, being always available even there was not much to ask as everything was ready for our nice 10 days stay.

Excellentes vacances avec accès direct à la plage.

Très bon accueil de la part de Carlos le propriétaire qui a su nous donner toutes les informations utiles pour notre séjour. Un appartement très fonctionnel et extrêmement agréable avec 2 grandes terrasses dont une avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Le quartier n'est pas bruyant la nuit et il y a de belles et longues promenades à faire en bord de mer sans être dérangé par la circulation des voitures. La place de parking privée en sous-sol est très appréciable. La gare est à quelques minutes à pied ce qui nous a permis d'aller à Barcelone pour moins de 5 euros par personne et moins d'une heure . Une fois à Barcelone, on accède directement au métro. Vous pouvez donc passer la journée tranquille sans vous soucier de où garer votre voiture. Une autre visite à Sitges assez proche vaut vraiment la peine. Si nous revenons en vacances dans cette zone, nous redemanderons cet appartement sans hésiter.

Carlos Wohnung in Cunit

Sehr schöne Wohnung, da gibt es alles, was man für Aufenthalt braucht. Wunderschöne Ausblick von der Terrasse. Carlos ist nette Kerl, kann gut Englisch.

Ihre Familie war sehr nett und Sie haben die Wohnung in einem perfekten Zustand verlassen. Jedes Jahr versuche ich, die Wohnung ein wenig zu verbessern, damit sich die Menschen wie in einem kleinen Paradies fühlen: Ruhe, Strand, Terrasse und schöne Städte in der Nähe, wie Tarragona, Barcelona Sitges, Vilanova. Alles so wie beschrieben. Die Wohnung hat alles was man für einen Ferienaufenthalt benötigt. Sehr schön sind die beiden großen Terrassen, eine mit super Meerblick, die andere zum Innenhof mit Poolblick. Auch gut, die Wohnung befindet sich in der 2.Etage im Dachgeschoss, man hat keinen Obermieter, ein großer Vorteil für Lärm empfindliche Mieter! Die gesamte Wohnanlage und der Pool waren sehr sauber und im Sept./Okt. sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt für Tagesausflüge nach Barcelona. Die S-Bahn ist 10 min entfernt und kostet für 2 Personen genausoviel wie die Autobahnmaut (20 €). Essen und Ausgehen gibt es in der Nähe nicht viel. Die Gaststätte gegenüber war aber fur uns ein kleiner Geheimtipp. Zwar kein Meerblick aber "Mama" machte für uns eine super Paella (preiswert, lecker, freundlich)! Leider in unserer Reiszeit nur am Wochenende geoffnet. Der Vermieter Carlos war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar. Perfekt wäre die Wohnung mit Wifi und wenn es noch zwei Fahrräder für die sehr lange Strandpromenade gäbe. Aber auch ohne kann man perfekt bei Carlos urlauben! Ralf

Dear Ihor. Thank you for your comments. I tried to answer all your questions quickly before arriving, and in the announcement it is clearly explained that there is no wifi, and that there is a ceiling fan in each bedroom. Air conditioning is not usually necessary, even in summer, because it is an apartment with cross ventilation, always very cool. Finally, despite the fact that you arrived three people instead of two, and that you left the covers of the cushions quite dirty, the deposit was returned to you entirely. I regret that in spite of everything, just underline the aspects that you did not like. I will do my best to improve the information in the future.

Fabulous view in a calm neighbourhood

The pictures Carlos has posted do not lie. You will wake up to the most fantastic view of the beach and the sea every morning. The area is very quiet with and the beach promenade in front of the apartment is a pedestrian area. The beach is well suited for children. You have a 5 minute walk to the bakery and a small supermarket and there is also restaurants and the train station within walking distance. Carlos is a very friendly and helpful host that speaks very good English. We can give the apartment your best recommendation for a nice and relaxed vacation.

Great apartment directly at the beach

Our stay at Carlos' apartment was just wonderful. The apartment itself is very well and with love equipped - we cooked most of the time ourselves and enjoyed our meals with direct sea-view, but there are several Restaurants close to the apartment as well. The sea and the beach is right in front of the house so you can go for a swim in no time anytime and either lay at the beach afterwards or just hop back on the huge terrace and chillout on the sunbed. There is also a big terrace on the backside. Everything is superclean and you feel at home here in no time. Carlos is a perfect host. Communication is great - quick, friendly and helpful if needed - and he takes very good care of his guests. We highly recommend the apartment from a to z!

An amazing Apartment and Area

We stayed for 10 days this summer, and the apartment was great. The view from the balcony is amazing, blue sea everywhere. The are is also very nice, lots of restaurants close by, and if you are into walking, great walks up the hills and to restaurants. We would highly recommend the apartment and area, plus Carlos the owner was also very helpful and made us welcome. 5 Stars Tim And Diane
