Step into relaxation and comfort in this welcoming 2-bedroom condo, which accommodates up to 6 guests and features tile flooring throughout. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops and is stocked with everything you need—including both a standard drip and a Keurig coffee maker.

The living room invites you to unwind with a leather couch and two reclining chairs, along with a 42" TV and DVD player for your entertainment. The master bedroom offers a king bed, ceiling fan, and a 42" TV, with an en-suite bathroom featuring a tub for a soothing soak. The guest bedroom features a twin-over-full bunk bed with a ceiling fan, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Step out onto the open-air balcony to enjoy the gentle sounds of the waves and the refreshing gulf breeze—a peaceful spot to sip your morning coffee or watch the sunset.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.

1) Umbrellas such as the type used for shading the sun on the beach are permitted but must not remain erected unless used. The diameter cannot be greater than 8 ft. Under no circumstances shall umbrellas be left overnight on the beaches of Holiday Isle.

Reviewer Comments: We haven’t been to Destin for several years, but when we did we knew we wanted to stay at our favorite property Holiday Surf & Racquet Club. It was our favorite place to stay while in Florida when our children were grownup and it’s still our favorite place to stay, but now with our grandkids. The property is well taken care, condos are very nice and clean. The pool are is great and my pickleball family loved the courts. Everything is top notch and I highly recommend staying there.

Accurately described

Cleanliness on point. Communication was good, however they lacked explaining specific directions on the door code and how to check out. Just missing the step of, press a button to lock the door then type in exit code. It is an older condo with minor issues. PLEANTY of kitchen wares, that was so awesome. Needs an updated dishwasher as the one there has some issues. The view isn’t bad at all. You don’t realize the lack of actual beach until you cross the boardwalk. We laughed when we saw at high tide the water comes to the stairs and literally no beach exposed. Little bummed there was not a hot tub or a washer and dryer, those 2 would makes us more likely to return. We visit Destin 4 times or more a year and we stay in the same 2 mile radius because we love the area so much. Decor was awesome, patio furniture was great, the beds were very uncomfortable, but the linens were lovely. Over all we give it 3.5 out of 5. We were glad we had the opportunity to stay here.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: HSRC has many other units I would recommend choosing. Unit 311 was dusty, dirty, and downright grimy. The description says unit is updated with luxurious bedding and new mattress. I can promise you the bed is horribly uncomfortable and the luxurious bedding consists of the cheapest a plain white sheets and a stiff and dirty duvet cover. Kitchen not well stocked and again just overall dirty.

Our Happy Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in unit 311 for 2 months in early 2021. We were a little nervous about it being above the pool, but it wasn't an issue. The furniture was very comfortable, loved the higher furniture on the balcony so we didn't have to look through the railing and the kitchen had everything you could ask for. Our only issue was that there was too much stuff in the kitchen and no place to store food, so I had to rearrange some things. Holiday Surf is always clean, friendly staff and residents. We are going back again next year for 2 months.

My in laws raves about the club from their past experience however it was disappointing that when we entered unit as i was prepping for where my family and children would sleep we opened trundle and it had no sheet and the mattress was so full of pee stains. Blankets in the closet were not freshly washed and also the mildew amount in the bathrooms was quite unnerving. Again the unit set up was nice and club was fine but was disappointed with cleanliness of our room and wouldn’t choose this unit again if we come back.
