amazing villa

with a group of friends this place is perfect, enjoy company and enough space for own-time the beds are perfect, as are the pool and lounge areas, as it’s close to airport, it can be bit noisy

This villa was perfect for our group friends holiday - plenty of space, a gorgeous garden, close to the airport and easy reaching distance to various go-to spots across the island. The hosts were so helpful both before arrival and our host during who helped us with anything we needed over WhatsApp. We would definitely go back!

Great place

We felt at home, comfortable and relaxing with enough space for kids to have fun and activities. Great contact from moment we booked the Villa almost a year ago until moment of check in and actual stay, a special thanks to both Maria and Alex for their warm welcome and support. We enjoyed our stay at the Villa and the lovely island.

Nice

We had a great stay here, the communication leading up to our stay from Kiera was prompt and helpful and Marcos who greeted us at the property was very friendly. The house had absolutely everything you could ask for. The outdoor covered area was fantastic for lounging around through the day and in the evening, We have young children and the property was on one level therefore it was a very safe environment for them. We would highly recommend this property.

Friends catching up

Great villa to spend with friends. The grounds and pool were perfect It is very close to the airport but the plane noise is not as bad as you may think There is a lack of basics like Salt and Pepper and olive oil. Taxis are impossible to get so pre book Ubers even though more expensive I would definitely recommend to others

Fantastico!

We all had a wonderful stay in Serena Villa this past week or so! We were a little concerned about the proximity to the airport / runway and the noise this would create but in actual fact flights tended to be grouped together and the take-off/landing noise didn't last more than 20-30 seconds each time, so there were breaks of a few hours between departing/arriving flights which we got used to very quickly. (Plus no night flights)Maria who met us was amazing, gave me a full tour around and explained how everything worked in her near perfect English! We had an issue with the dishwasher which she attended to very promptly and had the engineer round to resolve everything with no trouble. Communication with Maria throughout the holiday was brilliant, she's super responsive and helpful, even when we bumped in to her at Euroski!Getting around the island was so easy from the villa, nothing was more than 35 minutes away so location wise we were really happy.Finally the kids had a brilliant time with the basketball hoop, table tennis and plenty space to kick a ball around, as due to the time of year the pool water temperature was cold, however this didn't stop the kids from taking a plunge every day at some point!

Super Kommunikation mit der Agentur und bei Problemen wurde sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Wer dieses Objekt anmietet muss ein „Aviation-Fan“ sein, denn in den Stoßzeiten hebt alle 5min ein Flieger ab. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt von der Dachterrasse die Flieger zu beobachten und kennen nun jede Fluggesellschaft mit Namen und Flugzeugmodell

Das Haus und Grundstück war wirklich sehr gepflegt und schön.Was man aber dringend in der Beschreibung ändern muss ,ist die Beschreibung der Lage des Hauses.Es ist nicht nur in der Nähe des Flughafens,es ist direkt neben der Landebahn,dementsprechend der Lärm,und man riecht Kerosin und das verbrannte Gummi der Reifen.Im Haus selber hört man es nicht.Für Flugzeug Liebhaber kann das es aber ein tolles Erlebnis sein.

Man musste den Müll selber entsorgen und die Müllcontainer waren zu Fuß weit weg.Man ist dort auf einen Moeteagen angewiesen

Schöner Platz um Urlaub zu machen

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub & die Villa ist klasse. Man hat gemerkt das es Saisonende war & einige Gebrauchsspuren waren zu sehen, aber das war überhaupt nicht schlimm. Wir kommen gerne wieder & hatten einen ganz tollen Aufenthalt.

Well managed & maintained property

The property is great . The outdoor area is really fabulous and overall care of the property is excellent with Maria & Marcos helping with any issues big or small . The location is really convenient , but for me just to close to the airport runway . That is the only negative point , otherwise it is a wonderful , fun , well designed & Maintained Villa .

2 week stay in Ibiza

Amazing holiday. Villa in a great location. Definitely need a car as Uber is not available and getting a taxi is quite difficult to get from the villa. Although the villa is next to the airport the noise wasn’t an issue at all. Some improvements could be made: Outdoor toilet Upstairs area needs improving (decorating etc) Bathrooms are a bit tired and showers aren’t powerful. The out door seating area by the bbq could do with some kind of fans installing as it becomes too hot to sit in during the day. Despite these we would definitely recommend staying here and will return again.

belle villa mais trop proche aéroport

la villa correspondait bien a la description sauf qu'il manquait un détail qui n'en ai pas un d'ailleurs à savoir la très très très grande proximité avec les pistes de décollage et d'atterrissage de l'aéroport pas de répit au niveau du bruit qui est constant de 6h du mat à 1H du matin. La villa est tellement proche que très souvent on a les reflux de gasoil des avions bref cela gâche le séjour qui aurait pu être très bien.

amazing villa! No need to leave it as it had everything we could have wanted.

Superbly stocked kitchen with plates, glasses , coffee machine, plastic bowls etc provided for children. Brilliant areas to suit all ages for dining, sub bathing, table tennis. Towels provided & duvets were a nice touch of home compared to the thin sheet usually provided abroad. Only slight issue was how quickly the hot water would take to come through in the shower & then how quickly it would be used up (especially in a villa of 10 people), would highly recommend, thoroughly enjoyed our stay & would love to return in the future.

Top Locatie, zelfs met regen!

hele mooie villa, voorzien van alle gemakken! vriendelijke man die ons hielp en ontving (Marcos) Door regen ons een aantal dagen binnen vermaakt, wat prima ging! Het bijgebouwtje is met wat kouder weer erg vochtig, een kacheltje oid zou helpend zijn. Verder prima bedden. Er zit alleen hoes omheen ter bescherming in die kraakt (plastic) en door het vochtige weer was dit ook zweterig. Goede BBQ, en mooie plek om buiten overdekt en beschut te kunnen zitten.

Dear Jeroen, It was an authentic pleasure having you and your family with your three kids and the other couple of friends at our villa. We are always happy to welcome such good and respectful clients and to make everybody to enjoy as much as possible their stay in our villa during their so desired holidays. With regard to the humidity, actually yes, the weather is always humid in the Balearic Islands, especially in rainy days, and unfortunately you were very unlucky with the weather quite a few days during your stay, that is not really normal though! But at the same time I am really happy that this villa could provide you with all its benefits among them the well prepared interior as well, which we try to maintain also ready for entertainment for children and adults in these cases with Smart TV, Netflix and a Tablet for exclusive use of our clients, the different covered areas and porches makes also a big difference outside and allows children to get away from inside a bit even in rainy days and breath pure air outside what parents always appreciate. For this reason and for the comfort of our guests both the main house and the annex are equipped with air conditioning (for heating as well), maybe there was a misunderstanding from our part and with so many things during a check-in we missed showing you where the remote control of the unit in the annex was, with which you can control, according to your needs, either to cool down or to heat the area. The unit you can hardly see it, it is a bit hidden but we normally leave the remote control on the big table, so it is a real pity you have not been able to use the heater which is necessary in rainy days and definitely make warmer the annex. We thank you for your stay and care of the villa, and really look forward to welcoming you and your family any time you visit again Ibiza.

Schöne große Villa in Flughafennähe

Die Villa war sauber und geräumig, es hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Was auch toll war, es gab Feigen- und Limettenbäume, an denen man sich nach Herzenslust bedienen durfte. Von der Villa aus war man ganz schnell mit dem Auto am Flughafen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren auch schnell zu erreichen. Den Punktabzug gibt es nur, weil das Objekt direkt neben dem Flughafengelände lag und es vorher nicht ersichtlich war. Gerne empfehlen wir die Villa weiter!
