About this property

House, sleeps 8, 300 metres from fabulous family beach; Cap Coz, Fouesnant.

The house is newly renovated and very comfortable. It has a large open plan living space, a delightful, safe garden and a large, sheltered terrace. It has 3 bedrooms with king size beds (one of which can be converted to twin beds) and a fourth bedroom with 2 single beds. There is a downstairs bathroom with bath and shower, a separate loo, and an upstairs washroom with basin and loo. The fabulous family beach at Cap Coz is just a few minutes walk through the park and many other beaches are close by and easily reached by foot or bike.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave and the garage houses the washing machine. There are 3 canoes available to borrow.
The safe beach and bay at Cap Coz are fabulous for all water sports; boats, boards and canoes etc can be rented from the beach. The area offers varied, stunning walks and many bird watching opportunities.
Cap Coz offers several bars and brasseries and an excellent restaurant.

A beautyful house, completely setted. It is a living house, no sterile appartement. Generous lessors. We were allowed, to use everything, canoes, table tennis table, also food products. All organisational questions were answered immediately by SMS. As the weather was not so good during our stay (possible in Bretagne), the house was a perfect compensation.

Fouesnant, Cap Coz

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem schönen und liebevoll eingerichteten Haus in Fouesnant sehr genossen. Die Lage ist perfekt um von dort aus die Umgebung zu erkunden. Zu Fuß waren wir in wenigen Minuten am Strand, in guten und sehr guten Strandrestaurants und am Küstenwanderweg. Es gab einen gut erschlossenen Familienstrand und kleine Badebuchten entlang der Küste nach Beg Mel. Alle Dinge des alltäglichen Bedarfs sind in wenigen Autominuten erreichbar. Es war ein toller Urlaub!

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gemütlich und stilvoll, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es liegt fast am Strand und man kann herrliche kleine Buchten erkunden. Perfekt, um entspannt Cap Coz zu erleben. Leider ist das Internet sehr schlecht und es gibt im Haus kein WLAN. Aber auch mal gut!

Familienurlaub im gemütlichen Ferienhaus

Sehr gemütliches Haus in ruhiger Lage und 5 Gehminuten zum schönen Strand in der Bucht von Cap Coz. Bequeme Betten und persönliche Einrichtung vom Vermieter. Die Vermieter waren immer bei Fragen zu erreichen, sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Gerne wieder!

Magnifique maison équipée et très bien située

Un grand merci à M et Mme Clifton de nous avoir loué leur jolie maison. Elle est très bien entretenue, le jardin est très agréable et tout près de la plage. Les chambres sont spacieuses et elle est très bien équipée. A très bientôt j’espère!

Ferien waren super

Wir haben das Haus und den Garten geliebt und verbrachten wunderschöne sonnige Tage am Meer. Es gibt in der Nähe kleine Buchten und der großen Sandstrand ist gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Man kann verschiedene Wassersportarten probieren. Am Hafen entlang findet man verwunschene Wege unter alten Eichen und schöne Aussichten. Die Fete de Pommier war ein tolles Fest oben im Dorf mit bretonischer Musik und Pferdekutschen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfreich und super nett.

Relaxing Break

This lovely property is well cared for, very homely and has everything you could possibly need. The owners have put a lot of thought into what is offered. The surrounding area is beautiful, with many easily accessible beaches nearby. The closest is just a short walk away, and has a long stretch of gently sloping sand, with rock pools at the end. We loved spending time here - especially watching the various water sports and sailing activities. For those with young children there is a new playground just across the road, which seems very popular. There are peaceful walks along the estuary, where the bird life flourishes. If you want a little more going on, there are several interesting towns to visit - but we never want to venture far from the peace and tranquility that this house offers! Thank you for a super holiday!

Stunning location, a beautiful house walking distance from the lovely beach of Cap Coz.

The property is well looked after and well equipped with everything we needed. The house is in a quiet family friendly location. Fouesnant, the local town has several shops and is cycling distance. We had a lovely time and really enjoyed our stay!

A super fortnight by the sea.

The house and location worked perfectly for us. A glorious beach on the doorstep and other lovely beaches to explore too. We were very active: walking and cycling, swimming and canoeing. The local area for miles around is stunning and offers so much to explore. The house was comfortable and attractive: comfortable beds with a choice of duvets; very well kitted out with every utensil you could need; books and maps put at our disposition by the owners... we were even allowed to use their two canoes. We loved our time in this pretty and pleasant house and will certainly be back.

Liebevoll betreut und eingerichtet, geniessen pur

Das Ferienhaus liegt nah an einem schönen, gepflegten Strand am Cap Coz. Die Vermieter, Beverly und Anthony Clifton, waren sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, vor allem aber sehr grosszügig. Viele ihrer eigenen Sachen durften wir mitbenutzen. Das Ferienhaus ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, ausser Internet (am Strand) steht alles Notwendige zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr herzlich. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

A lovely stay in a wonderful place - great beach just down the path and fabulous food

We've just returned from a wonderful stay in Cap Coz in a cosy and well loved family holiday home. It was perfect for sunnier hot days (the terrace is a gorgeous sun trap) and also was lovely and cosy on the cooler days! The beach at the end of the road was stunning and the perfect place for our little girl to enjoy her first beach holiday. We loved all the walks, drinks and food in the local towns and villages, there are so many places to visit and we covered most of the local area on foot! There was so much to do around Cap coz itself - cycling, walking, sailing, windsurfing etc. We can't wait to return!

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to Cap Coz since our youngest daughter was 3 months old. She is now 33! We have rented three different properties in the resort and owned an apartment here before finding our lovely house just a few meters away from the apartment. We have made many french friends in the area and feel very welcome here. We now have a granddaughter and grandson to join us in the house too.

What makes this property unique

The house and sheltered garden are in a quiet road just across from a green space with a pretty lake and children's play area.
The beach is just a few minutes walk away and there are many other beaches and walks to explore near by. We spend our time on walks and bike rides, canoeing and swimming. We often cycle off with our croissants and eat them in different scenic locations with a flask of coffee, to start our day. We love to shop at the local viviers for fish and seafood, markets, local shops and supermarkets. We often cycle off with a picnic for lunch, and then barbecue on the warm, sheltered terrace for dinner. There are so many places and activities to enjoy near by that it is almost impossible to list them; we often go home thinking 'never mind we will have to do that next time'!!
