Evi's attic loft house in Agios Gordios beach village is a spacious loft studio in 1st floor that sleeps up to 3 persons The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen, a shower w.c , two large closets, and a balcony with dinner table and sea view.The apartment has ceiling fan and air condition. Groceries, restaurants, and tourist offices are very close and the beautiful sandy beach is just three minutes easy walking distance from the apartment. Wi fi internet connection is available , linen/towels and cleaning service are provided.

Beautiful place to stay

We enjoyed our holidays in the studio of Spiros, Evi & Sophia very much. Very kind and polite hosts. And last not least Rudi, their nice little dog ;-)

Good location - overall satisfactory

The apartment has everything you need - there were only two of us staying for 10 days but it can accomodate up to 4 people (space might feel a little cramped if all adults but would probably suit a young family) The location is very handy with the shops and restaurants and only minutes away from the lovely beachfront. The downside of this is that it can be a bit noisy at times as it's right at the top of the main street but it didn't really bother us a great deal. Towels and bedlinen were provided however the only downside for us would be that the room wasn't serviced at all i.e. no change of towels/linen and the bins weren't emptied even though the description said that this was a serviced apartment.

Dear Marie Thank you for your comments. Evi's Garden family apartments and Evi's attic is a complex with specific accomodation policy. Changing linens and towels and the cleaning service is fully provided by our cleaning personnel to our quests.For any complaint ,you know that Spiros is just a few metres away from your apartment and he is always stand by to fullfill any request of yours. Evi's Garden and Attic house are 5 star awarded rental houses keeping high quality accomodation standards . Therefore we can not understand your comments and not able to share your concerns.
