Very good communication with the host from the start. House was in good order, and was a lovely place for a family celebration weekend. Great location too, great views, near to town, cafes etc. All in all, very happy with our stay :)

Instructions from host were clear and helpful, house was stunning and full of stuff to do (nice pool table!), and we were spoilt for choice when it came to eating and drinking out in the local area. Staying in and cooking a meal “at home” was just as enjoyable. And a stone’s throw from the sea! A great place to stay.

Lovely comfortable spacious property in a central location.

6 days with family comprising 6 adults with 4 young children. Well equipped property meeting all our needs. Lovely views & easy walking distance to the town. Would thoroughly recommend.

Location was great and views from the balcony stunning.The keys provided did not provide access to the property unfortunately and there was delay in gaining access despite efforts on the day from the housekeeper. Although access was eventually successfully, subsequent attempts by other housekeepers using a variety of keys/techniques also proved unsuccessful. As a result we had only one set of keys to the property for 4 families to manage during our stay. The rear gate was difficult to open despite having the correct code - lubrication is required and was requested via the housekeeper to address.Bathrooms and bedrooms were sufficient for our needs and reasonably clean, however the kitchen work surfaces - which are wood - were sticky despite our efforts to improve this. Previous occupants packaging items could be seen on the surfaces too given how sticky they are.

Fantastic family holiday home

This is our second time staying at this fantastic house in Ramsgate. The house is beautiful, really clean with plenty of space for all generations. The location is also excellent, just a stone's throw from the harbour with lovely walks along the beach. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Location, location, location.

House could not have been better situated for all Ramsgate had to offer. (Shops, restaurants, beach, leisure.) Considering how many people it could accommodate there were no shortages of anything. Parking for 2 cars an absolute boon.

Absolutely amazing property

House was amazing and in a beautiful location over looking the harbour. Property was clean and done out to a high standard. Host was easy to reach and clear instructions given for all of the proper details that was needed.

Fantastic stay

Such a beautiful house. We had three generations from 86 down to 11 year olds and we all loved it. Off street parking was a bonus, as was the games room and all the board games. Memories were made and much laughter and fun was had.

Fantastic weekend!

We went as a family of 10…..ages 6 to 56 and 2 dogs! The house was just as described and perfect for a large gathering with all amenities you need. In a lovely location….walking distance to a beach and plenty of cafes/bars with a stunning view of the Marina/harbour from the balcony!

Another wonderful stay

This house has everything you need to have a great weekend. This was our second visit. It's well equipped, nicely presented, good beds, good living areas. Great location. Only problem was wall lights weren't working in the living room, we made do, but needs to be fixed.

Fantastic stay in beautiful house

I cannot recommend this house enough. We had a wonderful week. Plenty of space for everyone with stunning views and lots of shops and things to do in the local area. The host was really helpful and communicative - nothing was too much trouble. Off-street parking for 2 cars was a huge bonus. Highly highly recommend.

A fantastic big spacious house equipped with everything needed. The house has lovely views over the harbour, and is very close to everything. We loved everything about this house, the facilities, the location and the amount of space it offered. A very memorable weekend away to celebrate my 70th birthday and the house completely lived up to our expectations. Richard, the host was very helpful and recommended The Bedford Inn for Sunday roast. Fabulous seafront house

What a beautiful property and a fabulous stay. Richard was highly communicative throughout the process - the space was perfect for a gathering and the house was very well equipped. My only reason for dropping description to 4 star was we never found the 4th bathroom (3 bathrooms and 2 separate loos). Would come back in a heartbeat - what a pleasure to have the use of someone's beautiful home - thank you

Brilliant!

We were there to celebrate my 70th birthday and it could not have been better! Brilliant! Spacious and user friendly for our 6-70 age range. We ate out each day but could easily have cooked in the very well equipped kitchen. Our cooked breakfast was a definite success. Certainly a home from home and no having to make do here. Many thanks

Great space

We stayed for one week a party of 10 ranging from 83 years old to 5 years old, and the space was perfect for us especially as we had 3 teenagers who enjoyed the games room downstairs. We cooked several meals at home including a Sunday roast, great sized oven, plenty of plates saucepans, glasses etc. Walking distance to local bars & restaurants and good position to explore the local area. The host responded instantly to any queries we had, overall positive experience and would recommend.

Old surgery

We had a very enjoyable stay at the old surgery and it had everything we needed . Could have done with a few less stairs as our party are all late 60s /70s but we coped . The addition of the pool table was very much appreciated.
