Beautifully furnished townhouse (1088 sq ft) with an open floor plan situated in a gated community right behind the Augusta National. This townhouse has 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. There is a King sized bed in one bedroom and a full sized bed in the other bedroom. Washer and Dryer are also within the unit. Amenities include a private outdoor pool for complex guests and residents only and a private workout facility within the Facility’s Clubhouse. This lovely townhouse has two big screen TVs equipped with Comcast cable. This townhouse has been completely remodeled with all new fixtures, bathrooms, paint, carpet, ceramic tile, new counter tops, and new kitchen appliances to include a built in microwave. There is also a coffee maker in the kitchen. This townhouse is in TowneClub condominiums which is located near a wide variety of shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Best of all, it is within walking distance from the Augusta National. Smoking and pets are not permitted.
