(For English see below) Villa Floridiana is located in the immediate vicinity of the Grand Hotel Chia Laguna and is 500m from the magnificent Dune di Campana beach, one of the most beautiful and renowned beaches in Sardinia.
The villa consists of a large living and dining area with open kitchen, overlooking a beautiful flower garden equipped with an outdoor lounge, outdoor dining table, barbecue and sun loungers. In the garden there is a large infinity pool.
From the garden and from the rooms you can enjoy a magnificent panorama of the dunes and the Tower.

There are three large bedrooms, two of which are double (the beds can be separated into two twin beds) and a very large one with two bunk beds for four guests, in which a futon can be added creating a 5th bed. Bunk beds have the standard size of adult beds.
Two bathrooms with window.

The villa is furnished and equipped in a refined and absolutely complete way. There is a fridge with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher, plus air conditioning in all rooms and a TV in the living area. It has a large private garage, public parking is available in adjacent spaces.
The wifi, via the TIM ADSL, reaches all the rooms of the villa.

Less than 100m away is 'La Piazzetta' with restaurants, bars, shops, newsagent and pharmacy.
The Golf driving range is adjacent to the villa, the Pitch & Putt course is 250m away

All consumption of electricity, gas, water are included, as well as the weekly change of bed linen and towels and beach towels. On request, a person affiliated with the property can take care of the cleaning.

IT IS COMPOSED OF A WIDE LIVING AND DINNER ROOM WITH AN OPEN SPACE KITCHEN, GIVING ON A BEAUTIFUL FLOWERED GARDEN WHERE YOU FIND AN OPEN SPACE Parlor, EXTERNAL DINING ROOM, BARBECUE AND SUNBEDS. IN THE GARDEN THERE IS A WIDE INFINITY SWIMMING POOL. FROM THE GARDEN AND THE ROOMS THERE IS A MAGNIFICENT PANORAMA ON THE SAND DUNES AND THE TOWER.

THERE ARE THREE WIDE BEDROOMS, TWO WITH KINGSIZE BEDS (THAT MAY BE ARRANGED AS TWIN BEDS), THE OTHER IS QUITE LARGE, EQUIPPED WITH TWO BUNKBEDS WHICH WILL ACCOMODATE UP TO FOUR ADULTS, (A FUTON BED CAN BE ADDED TO SLEEP FIVE). TWO BATHROOMS WITH WINDOWS.

THE VILLA FURNITURE AND EQUIPMENT ARE REFINED.
THERE IS A FRIDGE WITH FREEZER, WASHING MACHINE AND DISHWASHING MACHINE. IN ADDITION, AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL THE ROOMS AND TV SET IN THE LIVING ROOM.
THERE IS A PRIVATE GARAGE AND ADDITIONAL PARKING IN THE SURROUNDINGS.
THE WIFI, THRU THE TIM ADSL, IS AVAILABLE IN THE DIFFERENT AREAS OF THE VILLA.

THE VILLA IS SITUATED 100m FROM 'LA PIAZZETTA' WITH ITS SHOPS, RESTAURANTS, BARS, NEWSSTAND AND PHARMACY. THE GOLF DRIVING RANGE IS ADIACENT TO THE VILLA, THE PITCH & PUTT COURSE IS 250m AWAY.

ALL CONSUMPION OF ELECRICITY, GAS, WATER ARE INCLUDED, AS WELL AS WEEKLY CHANGE OF BEDLINEN AND BATHROOM TOWELS PLUS BEACHTOWELS. ON REQUEST HOUSEKEEPING CAN BE ARRANGED.

Beautiful Chia

Villa Floridiana was amazing everything you need and more. The location was perfect short walks to wonderful beaches. Close to hotel where you can get ice cream and pizza.Hosts were fantastic and accommodating can’t wait to go back.

Lovely villa

Beautiful villa with very easy access to beautiful beaches. Need to drive to local towns for restaurants, other than large family, and atmosphere in evenings, nearest is Pula.

I thank Rod very much for the 'Lovely villa' title. Not clear to me Rod's comment on restaurants. For the sake of clarity, I confirm that in Chia there are several restaurants, cafes, pizzerias etc, and quite a few of them are at walking distance from Villa Floridiana, so you do not need to drive to reach them.

Fantastic place!

Thank you so much for the fantastic time we had in your villa. It was perfect for our both families with kids (8-10 years). The location is fantastic, very quiet and close to beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the pool and barbecue on the terrace. The house is spacious and very well equipped. The view is great and it is very private as well. Communication was excellent!

Fabulous!

We had such a wonderful week at the villa - so much so that we didn't explore Sardinia as much as we maybe should have done. The booking admin was so easy as Simo was very responsive, the villa and pool were wonderful and we really appreciated the huge bowl of fruit and fizz on our arrival. We all felt very well looked after and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this villa, or indeed come back again!

Really great place, with top quality surroundings, garden, pool…and in the house really excellent beds and all the equipments you may need with a family in a very comfortable house which always remained cooled thanks to great A/C despite the 42 degrees outside. Great to have a closed garage avoiding your car to be in the sun… From booking, to arrival, then during the stay, excellent communication and great service when needed from the owner. We will come again!

Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Floridiana in June 2019. The villa’s situation is perfect, set in the hills just above an idyllic set of beaches and 10 mins drive to even better unspoilt beaches. The villa is well equipped with all mod cons and a real home away from home. Communication with the owner is just right, not too intrusive but enough information to make your stay seemless. Fabulous welcome gift was well appreciated after a difficult journey from London. Book this villa, you will not regret it!!!

Schönes Haus mit Garten und Pool

Very nice house, fully equipped with good quality beds and perfect setting for kids. Pool is amazing and the Terasse offers nice view to the sea. Garage is useful and keeps the car safe. Simo is a great host organizing cleaning and handing over of the keys perfect. Just we were missing the wifi which we bought in Pula and sometimes you can hear cars from the street and the activities from the hotel near by. We did not care about it and will come back for sure. Thank you Simo

Fantastic Villa close to Beautiful Beach

Can’t fault this Villa, it’s immaculately clean with spacious rooms and a pretty outdoor area. The pool was perfect for our 2 families and 3 young children. The nearest beach is very close by and is really beautiful. It’s directly next door to a large hotel resort so if you wanted to book dinner there it’s possible and we did this one night. Great bbq and kitchen facilities. Great communication with the owner. Messages were answered promptly and instructions given easily. I would really recommend this villa. The only inconvenience is it is very difficult to reach local restaurants and beach on foot due to the lack of pavement. You would literally have to walk on the edge of the road, and with a 2 yr old and two 7 yr olds, this was too risky, so we still had to use the car to get to the local places which was a shame. But overall we had a lovely stay in Sardinia in this very lovely villa.

Several guests wrote in their comments, that one can read on this same lisring, that reaching on foot beaches and restaurants on foot from Villa Floridiana is easy and safe, so Gemma's feedback on this 'shame' is not appropriate. This 'shame' led Gemma to downgrade the rating of the Villa form 5* to 4*... Never mind, I received tens of 5* reviews during my multi-year activity renting Villa Floridiana. I wish Gemma finds a better place for her holidays somewhere else: but I believe she won't find in Sardinia a place that is as nice, clean, well organized, confortable, close to beaches and restaurants as Villa Floridiana

Wundervolles Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem modernen, sardischen Haus. Der Blick zum Meer war herrlich und der Infinity Pool erfrischend. Toll waren die Strände , die menschenleer waren. Die Restaurants waren sehr gut,sowohl in Chia als auch in Pula. Besonders vom Anblick der Flamingos waren wir begeistert. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Eines der schönsten Lagen in dieser Umgebung. Einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, man fühlte sich bestens umsorgt und informiert (Stichwort Erinnerung an die Abfalltermine). Reinigung 2x und Gärtner 1x die Woche; das Haus ist somit immer top gepflegt. Küchenausstattung und Grundnahrung wie Öl, Salz vorhanden. Der Präsentkorb als Begrüßung rundete das alles noch ab. Gerne wieder!

Great Property, Great Location, Great Host

The property was fantastic it was extremely clean with everything you need. The pool was great with amazing views of the surroundings. The host Simo was very good too, they kept in constant contact before and during the holiday as well as providing an excellent guide/manual for the house and local amenities. We were very impressed with the extra little touches too, upon arrival we were given a very welcome package of wine and treats. We were also welcomed by a friendly housekeeper called Marialuisia, she was great and showed us around the property along with cleaning the house twice throughout the week. Overall we had a fantastic family holiday, the house was amazing as were the multiple beaches within walking distance. Thanks very much to Simo and MariaLuisa for making it such a great experience

Super Unterkunft!

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und der Meeresblick ist atemberaubend. Der Garten wie auch der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Der Vermieter war jederzeit per Whatsapp erreichbar. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Sehr nette Housecrew und Vermieter, sehr bemüht. Das Haus sehr sauber. Schöne Aussicht über die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Schöne Strände. Der naheliegendste Strand ist für Kinder sehr gut geeignet da es nicht sofort in die Tiefe geht. Hat sogar Flamingos zum beobachten.

Great villa in one of the best spots in Sardinia

The villa is located in Chia, close to the beach, which can be reached by foot. From the garden, you have sea view and access to a nice pool. Our kids loved the garden to play. La casa è davvero bellissima e accogliente, dotata di ogni comfort e di una meravigliosa piscina che si rivolge verso le spiagge di chia, che si raggiungono in auto in pochi minuti. Il locatore è gentilissimo e attento ad ogni esigenza, ha inviato il manuale della casa con i suggerimenti di market, spiagge e ristoranti addirittura un mese prima: è inoltre sempre raggiungibile per qualsiasi evenienza. Esperienza senz'altro da consigliare e da ripetere!
