Domus Oriens is an independent studio of 20sqm, which is part of a two-family villa where the owners live. It is inserted between the Mediterranean scrub, pines and trachyte rocks. Ideal for nature lovers, it is located in the countryside of Portoscuso but only 1.5 km from the town center and the sea. Situated on a hill overlooking the town, the sea and the island of S. Pietro in front. The property has a private entrance, small table and folding chairs, fridge with freezer, microwave, small electric stove and small sink, coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Products for self-service breakfast. There is a double bedroom with dresser, bedside tables, fan and small TV. Bathroom with shower and bidet. There is a hairdryer, soap, set of 3 towels per person and sheets. In the open air, a living area is exclusively available to guests, located in the shade of a large tree and equipped with a gas machine, stone sink, table and 4 chairs. Possibility of barbeque.
