This completely furnished house has a beautiful view of the mountains of Escazu and overlooks the San Jose valley. There are porches on three sides where you can sit and enjoy the well-kept gardens filled with tropical plants, butterflies, and birds. Newly renovated with updated bathrooms and kitchen. New second floor with study and TV room with stunning views of the mountains. Very peaceful, secure home 20 minutes from airport and just 15 minutes from downtown San Jose. Many restaurants and grocery stores are just down the hill. Hop on a bus outside the property and you will be there in 5 minutes or less. Taxis are also available.

The house has an electric gate so it is very secure. You can park your rental car inside the property with no worries. Wifi is also available.

Stay here while you enjoy the many beautiful natural resources that Costa Rica offers. Take day trips from here to see the volcanoes, go white-water rafting, walk in the cloud forest, visit coffee plantations, visit the ancient and beautiful colonial town of Orosi, among many other wonderful activities. The closest beach is only one-and-one-half hours away. If you are lucky you will see traditionally painted oxcarts still being used to haul wood or milk. Or walk up the street, past the little colonial church, and visit a "trapiche" (sugar mill) where sugar cane is still being processed into sugar in the traditional way. The house gets its name from the cane flower.
