Small comfortable house with private garden and a wooden terrace.
Ideal for 2 adults and 3 children.
- kitchen open to living room, dining table, sofa, TV with Freeview.
- A large bedroom with a double bed and the second bedroom on the open mezzanine with 3 single beds of 90
- Bathroom with shower, WC, heated towel rail and washing machine

No smoking in the house and pets not allowed.

Cot and baby bath.
Located 150 meters from the beach and the pedestrian street of Andernos, 200 meters from the covered market.

Cycle path nearby which will allow you to discover the tour of the basin.

To discover
- the oyster shacks at the ports of Andernos, Ares, Biganos, etc.
- the different villages of the basin: the Canon, the Grass, the tip of Cap Ferret, but also Arcachon, the Pilat dune, the area of course.
- the ocean beaches are 15 minutes by car (otherwise 15Km by the cycle path).
- Bordeaux and its vineyards within 30 minutes
Rental from Saturday to Saturday in July August and mini 2 nights in low season.
