REMODELLED - PLEASE READ
The last 6 months of 2021 the condo needed it's 5 year upgrade and remodel. Unfortunately, getting tradesmen and new replacement items was extremely hard due to supply issues.
However, As at 1st Jan 2022 I'm pleased to say the work at the Condo has been completed. Includes: NEWLY PAINTED, NEW FLOORING THROUGHOUT, NEW FURNITURE - SOFAS, PATIO TABLE & CHAIRS, NEW APPLIANCES - RANGE, DISHWASHER, REFRIGERATOR, WASHER AND DRYER ALL NEW.

I moved from London, UK to Orange County in 2013. I'd spent 3 weeks here on 2 vacations in 2008 and 2010 and fell in love with area. The coastline, weather, lifestyle and breadth of activities offered were anyone's dream.
I lived at Ritz Point until starting my new business but stayed in the area, moving a only mile away.

What makes this property unique
I bought this condo after 6 months of searching. It fulfilled all the requirements I wanted from a property in Southern California. Easy living with On site facilities of Pool & Gym, walkable to all my favorite activities of Golf and the Ocean, (with the added bonus of skiing / snowboarding only 90 min drive away), along with being close (all within a mile) to shopping for everyday needs and top quality bars and restaurants, my decision to buy and live in Monarch Beach was very easy.
