Dear Sue, Thank you so much for your lovely review and for choosing to stay with us at Story Studio Coimbra Centro. We’re delighted to hear that you had a pleasant stay and that you appreciated the welcome basket, especially after arriving on a rainy day. It’s great to know the apartment met your expectations, both in terms of cleanliness and its central location with easy access to everything. Regarding the stair railing, we greatly appreciate your feedback. Being located in a historic building in the city center, we understand that some aspects may present challenges, particularly for guests with heavy luggage or mobility concerns. While the charm of the space lies in its historical character, we will ensure the railing is checked and reinforced to provide a safe and comfortable experience for all our guests. We’re also happy to hear that you enjoyed the Oak restaurant next door—it’s indeed a fantastic choice! We look forward to welcoming you again and offering you another memorable stay. Warm regards, Márcia 🤗
