In La Caletta there is a small tourist port from which mini-cruises depart for the summer season to visit beautiful beaches.

Piacevole soggiorno

L’appartamento è situato in zona centrale quindi vicino a tutti i servizi (supermercato, panetterie, gelaterie e negozi in genere) comunque vicino alla spiaggia. Nonostante la movida serale l’appartamento e’ ben insonorizzato. L’appartamento è assolutamente funzionale, spazioso e ben tenuto non manca nulla. L’host è sempre disponibile e cortese. Bella vacanza.

Come a casa propria

Abbiamo soggiornato per 12gg ai primi di luglio. L'appartamento era pulitissimo e rispecchiava in assoluto l'annuncio. È in centro a La Caletta dietro al supermercato per cui molto comodo per gli acquisti, ma al mattino ci sono un po' di rumori e la sera la musica dei locali, che però sono attutiti dagli infissi (noi dormivano con l' aria condizionata per cui non abbiamo avuto problemi). La proprietà ci ha omaggiato di dolcini locali ed è stata estremamente disponibile per un check out prolungato. Erano disponibili addirittura sedie da spiaggia e ombrelloni, borsa frigo con panetti refrigeranti e due gonfiabili da mare. Più di così.... Grazie alla sig.ra Elisabetta e al gentilissimo sig. Antonello: abbiamo trascorso delle belle vacanze.

Come a casa

Elisabetta, la proprietaria, é stata gentilissima e disponibilissima sin da subito nell’aiutarci anche a organizzare la vacanza con preziosi consigli e suggerimenti. L’appartamento é dotato di tutto il necessario e anche di più (presenti anche ombrelloni,sdraie e giochi per la spiaggia), tanto che ci siamo sentiti sin da subito come a casa. La Caletta è un meraviglioso paesino dove fare tranquille passeggiate serali (il centro storico é chiuso al traffico dalle h 20) e allo stesso tempo é fornito da molti negozi e ristoranti. Inoltre é in zona strategica per visitare molte meravigliose spiagge tutte nel giro di pochi km. Insomma vacanza indimenticabile.

Schöne und preiswerte Stadtwohnung in La Caletta

Wir wurden sehr nett von Antonello begrüßt, er hat uns willkommen geheißen und die ganze Wohnung ausführlich gezeigt. Er spricht perfektes Englisch, was für uns sehr praktisch war. Auch der Kontakt mit Elisabetta war sehr nett, die beiden waren auch jederzeit erreichbar für Tipps, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten. Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen. Alles ziemlich großzügige Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet. Um die Wohnung herum viele Restaurants, Eisdielen und Shops. Dadurch nicht immer ganz leise, aber bei geschlossenen Fenstern ok und vor allem im Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett ist es sehr ruhig. Haus auch sehr gepflegt. Die Wohnung liegt an der Rückseite eines Supermarktes, das ist ein Minuspunkt von der Aussicht des Balkons, man schaut auf ein Flachdach, welches mit Klimaanlagen bestückt ist und als Palettenlager verwendet wird. Schöner Strand fußläufig, Anfang Juni war es noch ziemlich leer, aber die zwei Bars hatten aber offen (leckere Cornetties und Espresso/Cappuccino). Leckere Pizza bei La Rosa dei Venti.

Un' albergo travestito da appartamento.

Tutto quello che può essere necessario per trascorrere una bella vacanza era presente. L'accoglienza dei proprietari ottima, la loro simpatia travolgente e la loro disponibilità senza paragoni. Un servizio davvero senza precedenti!

Massima serietà

Appartamento completo di tutto il necessario, anche di più. Perfetto anche per chi sceglie di viaggiare in aereo in quanto sono disponibili teli da spiaggia ombrelloni, giochi. Tanta biancheria, due camere da letto, un bagno e una lavanderia più ripostiglio con un altro servizio. Terrazza con spazio per stendere. Cucina e soggiorno spaziosi, Casa luminosa. Gestione della raccolta differenziata precisa e ben organizzata dalla proprietà con contenitori chiusi di vario colore. Al nostro arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare sul tavolo un cesto con prodotti locali e acqua in frigo. Alla partenza ci hanno anche fatto un regalino per i bimbi. Proprietà disponibile e cortese. Posizione comoda, mai usato l'auto, sempre girato a piedi. Soddisfatti e contenti, bella vacanza.

Super Wohnung

Große, ordentliche, saubere und extrem gut ausgestattete Wohnung mitten im Zentrum -dadurch keine Ruhelage, aber auch nicht sehr laut, besonders das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett ist ganz ruhig. Zum Schönen Sandstrand sind es nur einige Minuten zu Fuß. Wir wurden von den Vermietern sehr nett empfangen, mit einem Begrüßungskorb mit Brot, Wurst und Marmelade und 2 Wasserflaschen waren auch im Kühlschrank. Wir hatten Strandtücher, zwei Sonnenschirme sowie 2 Strandsessel zur Verfügung. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert gut und ist ausreichend für die ganze Wohnung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben eine sehr schöne Woche in La Caletta verbracht. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist top.

Soggiorno a La Caletta ( Sardegna ).

Per la prima volta ho soggiornato con la famiglia in questo appartamento a La Caletta e siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti. L'appartamento è risultato confortevole e accessoriato di tutto ( era come sentirsi a casa propria ) ed è comodissimo per poter raggiungere la stupenda spiaggia a piedi. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e attento alle nostre necessità. Al nostro arrivo ci ha fatto trovare,come regalo di benvenuto,anche una cesta di prodotti locali e una confezione da 6 bottiglie di acqua, più una in frigo. In futuro sicuramente torneremo.
