The apartment was the perfect location for three days in Rome with my wife and three boys. The AC was greatly appreciated given the extreme August heat. Even with the heat, we were able to walk to all of the "must see" places in Rome. We would definitely stay here again!
The apartment was spacious and had everything our group of 5 needed for the 3 days we had in Rome. The location was superb, so central to everything and it felt safe at all hours. The managers were quick to respond to contact and very helpful and considerate. We’d love to stay there again sometime.
We had a few hiccups to start. The property was not ready upon arrival and then once we got in, there were not some items you would typically expect in a rental. After contacting the host, all issues were resolved. The host also arranged an airport transfer for us, which was also very helpful. This location is only a few minutes walk from a metro stop, which was great. Overall ended up having a great stay at this apartment.
This place has a great central location. For that, we would most likely stay here again. The main bedroom has a fair bit of street noise, but the other two were quiet. I'm not sure that it was possible to open the window blinds, so don't expect a view. The washing machine was incredibly small. The shower had a clothesline and we brought an additional one. Without a dryer, it took 1-2 days for clothes to dry. The kitchen and common area were nice. The elevator was helpful when it came to our luggage.
Found garbage inside our door that we dragged outside our door that was leaking, two days before it was removed. The floors were not cleaned took then two days to come clean them.
This property is managed by a company, so there isn't the "personal touch" of an individual owner. The management company is responsive to communications, however.
The photos make the property look a little bigger than it really is. The apartment is located on a very nice street in Rome and a convenient place to see the sites you want to see. There are many stores and restaurants close by. One street over is the "most expensive" shopping street in Rome with designer shops.
There were 5 adults in my group. We all had space to sleep, but not "spacious." However when you consider it is in the heart of Rome (a big city) it is exactly what you would expect.
I have a few physical limitations, and the "step up" in both showers was a bit of a challenge for me.
Overall, however, it was a good experience.
We arrived and apartment had not been cleaned. We had to wait until 9 pm to rest. After flying the red eye the night beforeListing does not include the fact that one bedroom is only accessible via another bedroom. Communication very poor from host. All your info must come from a link to Vikey which was not explained. Upon checkout you’re expected to carry your garbage several blocks away. Very expensive but You’re paying for the location. Which is excellent. 5 min walk to Spanish Steps and subway station nearby. Colosseum only 25 min walk
