It is absolutely wonderful waking up every morning by the sound of the sea and the black birds. That's why my husband and I, decided to leave Athens and build our home and our two villas here in Platanias. And it is just amazing being able to live in such a lovely place that so many people from all over the world appreciate and decide to come and live here as well. We love living in Platanias as the village is very close to the beach and makes us feel that we are on permanent vacation! And we truly are! And if we some times forget, thank God we have our guests to remind us just how lucky we are!

Why they chose this property

Actually we did not buy the land, it already belonged to my husband and we decided to build the two villas and finished them in 2008.
The villas are in the middle of everything so that makes it convenient to not rent a car for those who do not want to explore the island and just want to relax. Everything is within foot distance of maximum ten minutes. It is very easy to reach the beach as it is only 3 minutes walk from the villas and also restaurants, cafeterias, mini markets, supermarket, bakery, banks, playgrounds and all other amenities are reached by just a few minutes walk. Although we are in the centre of the village the villas are very quiet as they are away from the street and close to the sea.

What makes this property unique

Our villas combine luxury vacation, with private swimming pool, garden and barbecue each one, they are equipped with all appliances and the most important is that they are close to the beach and all services and amenities so a car is not necessary.
