** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and requires the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.

Under pride of new ownership, this newly restyled 2-story, 2-bedroom, 2-bath family vacation cabin features a covered front porch for sipping your favorite beverage, as well as a brand new rear deck...complete with a brand new BBQ. Inside, the first floor living area features new furnishings, a new heat and air conditioning(!) system, a freestanding gas fireplace, and a new flat screen Blue-Ray/monitor. The combination kitchen and dining area features newer appliances, (including a dishwasher) a breakfast bar and separate dinette, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer. Also featured is one bedroom with a full sized bed, and one full bath. Ascending the staircase to the second floor reveals a loft sitting area with a work station, one bedroom with a brand new king sized bed, and another full bath. Everything is fresh with new paint throughout! This monitored, WiFi-equipped, pet-friendly (2-PET MAXIMUM, No Exceptions), family vacation cabin is perfect for singles, couples, and small families alike and will sleep up to 4 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and nature viewing. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This cabin is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to always treat this private residence with the utmost respect, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee’s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
