We just returned from a lovely holiday in Antibes. The house was perfect, in such a pretty street. Very well equipped and excellent location. The terrace is perfect for enjoying sunrise and sunset. Geraldine is super fries and an excellent host. Really recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay. Géraldine was super helpful and responded quickly to all our queries. The property is compact but well designed and had everything we needed. Has a sense on style and felt like being in someone’s home. The second bedroom is a small double so we choose to have one child in this room and one child on the sofa bed downstairs which worked well. Useful to have 2 bathrooms. Air conditioning was a must in the heat of August! My daughter loved the visits from the friendly cat who would appear on the balcony. Great position on the prettiest street in Antibes - very central but also quiet. Throughly recommend!

Koukouli is a delightful small house on a very picturesque street.Unusual for Antibes old town it has a terraceWith an open view out to sea and over a large place. It is nicely furnished and equipped.

Koukouli is in a wonderful location in the older part of Antibes, a few minutes walk from the market, restaurants and beaches. It has a "real home" feel (in contrast to many other company-managed short-term lets) and we found it delightful. There were lots of extras generously provided, including cooking essentials, books, beach towels and umbrellas, a shopping cart, and even toys and games for a child. Overall, the apartment was comfortable, clean and with all the facilities described. Where there were surprises, they were good ones. The outdoor veranda was a particular highlight, perfect for a sunny breakfast or catching a cooling evening breeze. Communication with the host was always quick and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Koukoulli in Antibes! The apartment was beautifully appointed a well-equipped kitchen for cooking at home, and items for the beach. Its location was perfect—on the most charming street in Old Town, with a delicious bakery and one of the best restaurants in town right below us. Everything we wanted to see was just a short walk away, and Uber pick-up was easy nearby. Truly the perfect spot to enjoy Antibes!

Perfect Location

Had a wonderful stay for a week in Antibes. Enjoyed the perfect location on this charming street, and the weather was nice enough to get to spend time on the peaceful terrace overlooking a small pedestrian only square. Waking up to birds singing was a plus!

Second stay at Koukouli; hoping for a third, need I say more?? The only challenge is getting a car close to the apt after 3:30pm when the pillars arise and make the area pedestrian only.

Many thanks, it is kind of you to send a review. You are of course correct that we are in the old Town which has been pedestrianised so it is quite peaceful, which we do enjoy. The closest bollards to Koukouli are by our square - Place du Safranier, and are always up. (1 minute walk). The first set that you mention however are intermittent depending on the season. At the moment they are only raised in the evenings at the weekends. The walk from those is about 5 minutes. Generally I suggest that location as a good drop off point. Thanks again for staying with us. We also very much hope you come back for a third time!
